It was a nice hotel.

Bathroom not good

Came for my husband’s birthday and it was the best hotel stay I’ve ever stayed at. The Kent Suite may be expensive but it was worth every penny! We were lucky to get the suite with the bathtub in the room and it was stunning and the shower was huge. The bed was so comfortable and the service made us feel like royalty. Thank you so much, I highly recommend this hotel, it is honestly the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We will be returning very soon!

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The staff are very professional and friendly. The hotel check in is unique and a lovely touch been given a glass of bubbly on arrival. Everything was done in a relaxed and refined way. My luggage for myself and my son been taken to our rooms for us. The room was amazing with everything being spotlessly clean and the room smelt so fresh and clean. It was beautifully furnished. The mini bar was well stocked and i had fresh milk in the fridge. The bed was so comfy and the room did not have any other noise around so i slept well. All areas of the hotel are beautiful, and the bar area was lovely. We had pre dinner drinks and they were lovely. The breakfast was served hot and was fresh to order, nothing was too much trouble . I would say that the stock exchange hotel has exceeded all my expectations. I will certainly stay here again

I’d read the reviews on this hotel prior to arriving here so knew we were in for a fab experience. The Stock Exchange and its team of friendly, helpful, customer focused staff did not disappoint. From the champagne on arrival and taking our car through the valet service, to the room service and gorgeous breakfast, we could not fault this place. Has a very ‘Great Gastsby, Bell-boy’ feel to the hotel which adds to the charm. The hotel smells amazing (you can purchase Reed diffusers and candles to take the scent home with you) and one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in. Although there is no spa, the Concierge can arrange in-room treatments for you via Ruuby (booked in advance of your arrival) which are chargeable separately. We opted for a couple’s in-room bespoke massage, which was so relaxing and added to our overall experience. We will most certainly be back here. One of the best UK hotels we have stayed in. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
