Had a stay with my family at this hotel. This place has a very narrow entrance makes difficult to enter and exit. Also no sufficient out door parking. The staff will assist for basement parking. Overall an average experiance.

Property is next to city centre mall, location is excellent and rooms are very clean toilets are also clean

Smaller rooms and high rates. Previous stay at 2 star hotel had larger rooms at half the price. Disappointed a bit.

I reached there at 11:00 am they told me i want to pay extra 500 then i paid in the room very bad smell that’s why i vac-cant after 30 minutes also there is a lady staff she is very rude behavior she take that 500

Rooms are neat and tidy towels were old but neat service is good restaurant is good and very tasty. Price is little bit higher in restaurant

We stayed overnight at karuna residency. The rooms were clean. And staff courteous and well behaved. The breakfast was not at all good. Bathroom too small. No proper parking facility for a 4 wheeler.

Rooms are very clean and good service provided. Breakfast is pathetic and parking space has to be improved

Nice experience. Room service was helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. Location is central with access to plenty of restaurants for food.

Pros: good stay, very clean hotel. Bedroom, washroom etc. Very good location. Cons: 1) hotel location is not exactly in the main road. 50m approx inside. 2) there was a big hump just before the washroom, my aged parents faced problem. 3) not a good restaurant, rather bar restaurant. Some foods are good not all and also very costly. Check out sagar ratna, we found best in terms of food, quality price everything. We go there everyday and take food.

Location is good, breakfast superb but dinner is not all good the dinner options are very less that too not good with the taste, staff is very good and humble

Excellent ac room. Very neat and clean. Good washroom facilities. Table and chair is convenient for laptop use. Receptionists are friendly. There’s a restaurant in the building itself. Good accessibility to cabs and autos. The bed is amazingly comfortable. Only con is the slow wifi which can be improved. Thank you karuna residency and makemytrip.
