SleepOver Phabeni

We arrived around 16:00 and we had booked 4 container rooms. When we went to check in they told us that they only had one broken room available! When we requested for a refund the staff smirked and laughed and were being very disrespectful and rude in general. We had payed 3400 ZAR for all rooms

The staff are incompetent we booked 4 rooms that cost 3400zar booked for 15:00 When we arrive at 16:00 The staff tell us that they Only have one room for us that is broken When We demand our money back they smirked and laughed and didnt answer us. When We finaly leave from this Horid place it’s already gone an hour Taking one quick trip around the place the fountain has green colored water with a plastic bag thrown into it The grill cover has mold growing on it

A very under rated place. The stay was amazing, I was doubtful at first after reading Google reviews but the location was perfect for the activities planned. Staff were friendly and accommodating...

This accomodation was lovely. We had a late check-in but the process was so smooth. Would definitely recommend as an overnight stay. It's safe, neat and convenient. Very close to the Kruger gates. We left at 5:45am and reached the phabeni gate just at opening 6am. It's something different to the usual accommodation so we really enjoyed
