蘭卡斯特希爾頓惠庭酒店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Lancaster)

It was the first time for our family to tryout this property; instead of staying at Homewood Suites on 200 Granite Run Dr. - We will be back again next year. . . . and will try to book earlier for better total cost.

The hotel, overall, was newer looking especially from the outside. In the room, though, there were some things that could have been improved. The sink drain was very slow, to the point where you had to lift up on the drain stopper in order for the water to drain properly, even though the switch was all the way down/open. The shower track needed a definite cleaning and there were a few significant carpet stains. The one and only office-type chair in the room was comfortable; needed at least one more for a couple to be able to sit together at the table. We liked the fact that the tv was on a swivel mount for easy adjus**ent and sordid the full size refrigerator as well. The hotel was located directly across the street from the Shoppes at Belmont which was very convenient.

I was in town for a basketball tournament and being up and all day walking from court to court and some times no seating is rough on the body. When I checked into Home2 Suites the room was cool clean and comfortable. The variety of the complimentary breakfast was the best I have had out of many different Hotels I stayed in. Hands down I will stay at Home2 Suites again

Overall the hotel is nice, but was disappointed that the pool was not open. The indoor pool was actually one of the features and reasons we choose this location to then not be able to use it. Some of the employees were apologetic about it some just seemed annoyed that we asked when it will be up and running.

I looked at lots of hotels in Lancaster for our overnight stay while visiting Dutch Wonderland. Home 2 had decent reviews, was newer, and rated higher with regards to accommodations and cleanliness. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and we had a perfect trip to Lancaster. The shops and restaurants directly across the street were very convenient as well.

The stay was fine. Furniture wasn’t in the best condition and the carpet was stained which gave me pause about cleanliness.

Our stay was wonderful. Tiffany was fabulous and so helpful!

Although we were only there for one night it was a great stay. The staff was great, the room was great.

Rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and clean. While I didn't end up bringing my dogs, I booked this hotel specifically because they were pet friendly.
