The location is best for processing documents at PRC or any universities.

the room didn't look the same as the picture as it's an old photo when it's new. the bathroom has a bad smell. not suitable for people who are finicky,

Good location, affordable. but need to pay more attention on cleanliness .

Room to small and not cleaned properly.

The challenge was getting accurate information from DOT-BOQ and what they indicated as accredited establishments (on their website). The originally booked hotel was not there (not in their dropdown) and this was so we went ahead with this but then THIS hotel was not there. We ended up in a totally different location - the hotel DID help us arrange for this (no small feat) and ended up with an okay stay and accommodation. The place was "value for money", but was clean and had very friendly, accommodating, and responsive staff.

Good for a transient stay but not for staycation s.

No towels, when i ask a crew to bring me some water and didnt come back, i see some cockroach, room doest get so cold, shower doesn’t get warm, no cable, poor wifi connection.
