These hotels are always comfortable but why have laundry service if you’re not going to stock supplies for guests to buy and use. “Dollarama is over there to get detergent”. Also not having my room cleaned for 4 days, having to ask for towels and basics. Hotels used to do this automatically.

My niece went to get breakfast and security was called on her because she’s aboriginal and looked suspicious to them because she appeared to put a pack of peanut butter in her pocket.

It was crazy busy with vacationing families with children which caught us off guard. The pool was too busy to use even though 10 pm to 12? It seemed that adults got little time to use. Water slides were a big hit with children. We loved our room and the breakfast. Also cleaning staff were trying to keep common areas clean but it was a constant battle. I found the common areas nice but bland unlike other Marriott brand properties I had been to. Don’t get me wrong we enjoyed our stay and staff were fantastic.

I asked for shuttle service to airport and they said they were understaffed and could not take me. I took a cab for 18.00 even though they list it as there service. I also had trouble on previous stays, waited at airport for 2 hours for pickup.

It was amazing.Staff friendly. Airport shuttle was excellent with the Manager providing his own personal car when the hotel vehicle developed fault. Dipon a staff was superb extraordinary. He deserves commendation.

This is a huge hotel as Fairfield Inn is also in the same building and shares the same front desk staff. With that said, it was packed with people and as a result there were very limited parking spots and dining area was too small for the amount of guests considering considering the number of rooms they have. Room we had was clean and had a kitchenette which was really convenient. Hallways were clean as well and it was good overall.

It's a little bit pricey but we absolutely loved our room and the convenience of everything. I'd say you went downside for us was the double bed was a little too soft. I would definitely highly recommend and we would return here

During this stay at the Residence Inn side they charged me DOUBLE the security deposit as per usual even though I had prepaid the room. It took 2 weeks for the hold to be released. Also, the swimming pool wasn’t working and it was ice cold. The next day we tried to get breakfast half hr before they were suppose to be done serving and they were all out. lol I stayed here again on the Fairfield side in a standard room with family 1 week ago. We had 3 rooms. They gave us trouble at check in and said that we were listed as a no show and we arrived a day late for our stay. This was incorrect on their part and whoever booked us at the time made the error and even got the email wrong. They made a big fuss about it at the front desk and the manager pulled the worker aside and seemed to be giving her heck. It was an uncomfortable and awkward situation. The pool was fixed this time around. A few days later there was a $125 charge on our cc. They said we spilled “chocolate milk” on the bed. They sent us a picture after we inquired and it must have been our kids and it wasn’t chocolate milk it was ice tea. They made a comment that “it looked like we tried to wash it out.” LOL They didn’t seem to care after we asked if that stain would come out because apparently pop stains don’t come out after a wash. It is a family friendly hotel, but be careful if you have kids and one of them accidentally spills a drink on the bed. You will get a $125 charge on your bill if they do.
