Todo limpio y muy buena atención

Lots of shops in the area. Clean room, most staff was ok. The receptionist was kinda short with me.

We had a problem with our heating and they called someone in to fix it on New Year's Day. Appreciated the prompt attention to that and also the bartender Mitch was excellent and staff very friendly in restaurant.

I thought staff were a bit cold and not too welcoming. I did have to switch rooms for the weekend and had to pay top dollars for the extra two nights. I realize it is because I needed two weekend nights but there was no mid budget option. Loved the restaurant.

Was excellent location for event center[college hockey games] skyway connections and parking outside in ramp skyway level extremely convenient

We did not utilize the pool area. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The shower base did not look clean and was stained. Fornwhatvwe oaid, we were definitely disappointed.

We arrived at 2am and had a little difficulty getting the attention of someone to let us in. The internet was easy to log on to, however, we couldn't get logged on to the premium wifi that was posted in the room and the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. The pillows were a bit too squishy and the bed was really soft. I had requested extra pillows before check in yet had to request them twice before they were delivered. The toilet flushing handle was cracked and the TP holder was not attached. It was nice that the pool was open til 11pm. The room was quiet. It was a bit frustrating that we couldn't use our own firestick. Would recommend for a nice stay!

The stay would have only been perfect if Mankato Mavericks would have pulled out the OT for a win but great location

This hotel is at a perfect location in the downtown. Easy parking and right next to all of the downtown action.
