The facility was clean and partly renovated. Very new management has done a big transition, but missing small finishes. Refrigerator door opened in the wrong direction. Bathroom lightbulbs mismatched. Comfortable new bed, but only one side had a light, and no usb or plug nearby. Little fixes and property will earn another star. Meanwhile a pleasant and comfortable stop if you are not too fussy.

Very nice hotel the entire hotel looked like it just had a major remodel. Everything was great, my room was very comfortable, great location

DO NOT stay here!!! MOLD The room we booked wasn’t available. There was a portable fan blowing in our hallway. Our room smelled bad. There was MOLD on our chairs. The carpet was old and torn up. We did not even put our stuff in our room. The hotel refused a refund. And we had to make the ultimate choice not to stay there. Black mold on windows. Unknown substance on door to room!

Housekeeping needs to do much better. No toilet paper besides s half used roll. Landscaping looked unkempt. Pillow and pillowcase had a very noticeable fresh stain. Finally the front desk help was never at the front desk. You always had to dial 0 on the phone to get them to the desk. This isn't a complaint about them, but about the owners who don't seem to hire enough people to properly staff. We need to get past the, "We're just not going to clean as much now. Deal with it!" attitude that took over during COVID. If you want 5 stars I need my room clean and stocked.

Staff is amazing & friendly helpful, location great near so many things, shopping, hiking, water, entertainment. Rooms was clean comfortable and appointed well with kitchen, bedreom, livingroom with clicl clack sofa. Breakfast was delicious coffee always avaliable.

Over priced, dirty, tried to reach out to management before reviewing no resolution - this is what $170+ a night gets you - old food in drawers, dirty stained furniture, non working appliances

When I arrive I ended up cleaning my whole room. From wiping off surfaces, vacuuming, and changing the sheets on the bed. Wiping down the futon that was fun of animal hair. I spent 1 night and moved to another hotel. When I called to talk to the manager Gail she never called me back. I called her twice. I would NOT recommend this hotel. The front desk staff Holly was great she did everything that she could have done but unfortunately I was not the only complaint that night but she handle things well. The managers do not care how this effects the paying customers as no manager was on site.

Nice people, not a great hotel Front desk personnel were friendly but the hotel is old and it is showing it's age. Neither television received any channels and every time the AC turned on it sounded like someone dropped a tool box in the room. That meant that I did not get a very good night's sleep at all. There were also two temporary fans at either end of the hallway and a musty smell but no explanation was given. There are other hotels in the area, and I would recommend those instead.

The unit had a small kitchenette which was nice. My issue with this hotel is that I was traveling with a friend and had reserved a suite with two separate bedrooms. When I went to check in, they said they had me in a studio with three beds. I told them that wasn't what I had reserved. They apologized and said that the AC unit had gone out in the room two days prior and they had hoped it would be fixed in time. Even though I had booked through *******, they had me confirm my phone number they had. So, they could have called to warn me. I requested two separate standard rooms, but they said they were booked. I'll be returning to the area again in November and am not sure if I'll stay here. Other than that, the stay was Ok and staff were pleasant.
