Travelodge by Wyndham Mansfield

Owner is very nice but his wife is not too friendly. We've stayed here for a couple months and they refuse to give us discounts

I was never a fan of the Travelodge brand until I first stayed here some years ago. The motel is quaint and comfy and generally well-maintained. It's far enough off the interstate so truck noise isn't a problem. There's a great Mexican restaurant right next door and plenty of other food choices within a 1-mile drive. I'm "fussy on a budget" and will certainly be back again!

This was a solo trip and I was only there for one night and left the next morning. I stayed in room 105 for reference. When I arrived the room was nice and clean, no issues there. The room was comfy and a perfect size for me and one other person - would defintely be a little cramped for even a small family. There was plenty of sitting space in the room and all of it was comfortable for me. The bed was comfortable and I had no issues sleeping - I did a check for bed bugs as soon as I arrived just to be save, and I didn't see any signs of that. My only complaint of the entire stay was that my sheets were clean, but stained - not heavily so, but noticable if you looked closely. It was a cold and snowy night for my stay, but the heater in the room kept things warm with no issues. The only staff I interacted with was when I checked in and out, and they were straight to business, but friendly. Overall this was a nice choice for my little solo trip. My only issue would be rectified if they updated their sheets and got rid of anything that was stained. It is an affordable option, and I will definitely be returning in the future!

Quiet even though close to major highways, value

Nice stay. Was convenient and clean. The staff was wonderful. Will stay again!
