So we got there fri and stayed for 1 night. Resort is beautiful, room was clean and perfect for my family. Food was great. The only problem we had was the water park. You walked in and your hit with a very humid room it went to like 80-90 degrees and it had a very strong odor of chlorine. After being in the room for 30 min my eyes teared up and was burning. I asked a pack member if this is normal they said yes. It's the standard. The bathrooms are super hot causing my daughter to get a bloody nose from the heat. First aid rep came and assisted us. She had two large blood clots coming from her nose while she was in the shower. All i wanted to do was to get her out of there. It was her birthday on friday and she wanted to come here so badly. If the chlorine has to
be at a standard why are you not opening windows and doors to get fresh air. This is a health issue. I would also like to be computed for our stay and go to another lodge like anaheim. I understand they don't have this problem.
