Very good breakfast and good in general

To start, the girls at the front were very nice. Unfortunately, my stay was terrible! There were literally ************ walking around inside and outside. They kept me up threw the night on two occasions as I was there for 10 nights. I couldn't change hotels because the hotel had already been submitted threw work. The hot tub had 4 inches of foam on top, it was so dirty. I couldn't use the bath tub because the plug was broken. One morning there was white stuff all over the hallway in front of my door from a vent in the ceiling. I changed rooms 3 times because of noise and other issues. One room the floor to the bathroom was sinking. The air conditioner in another room didn't work. I am thankful I never have to stay here again. Worst hotel experience I have ever had! Even though the girls at the front desk were nice, I couldn't even look at the staff after I left as I was so upset. My final exams were after my last night there. I did not sleep the entire night because of someone opening and shutting all night.(not exagerating at all!). I'm lucky I passed. Do not stay here!!!

I was charged twice for the same stay. I did it authorize the second billing. I attempted calls to the hotel and was unable to contact anyone. I attempted a general toll free number for Best Estern but was put in a queue at position 97 for a projected 1.5 hour wait.

Unser Aufenthalt hier war so lala. Das Zimmer war groß genug. Die Möblierung hatte ihre guten Zeiten längst hinter sich. Das Bad war klein und auch eher alt. Positiv: es war alles sauber Im Zimmer hat eine Lampe gefehlt, mit der man den Raum hätte ausleuchten können. So war es dort abends dunkel und man konnte sich nicht wirklich wohlfühlen. Die Betten waren für unsere Rücken auch deutlich zu weich. Leider war es auch Recht hellhörig. Wir hatten hier zwei Nächte verbracht und waren am Ende nicht traurig, als wir auschecken mussten.

Booked through ******* onsite at hotel, unable to check in, they kept my money, then would not allow me to use wifi to make alternative arrangements, kicked out in Street in the middle of the night even though I paid in full, bad neighborhood

I stayed in room 202 on September 13th. A group of people were talking/screaming in the parking lot, right underneath my room untill 11h45 pm. Guests were shuffling back and forth between rooms until 12h30am. They entered the lobby around 11h50 talking very loudly. Seemed like wedding guests. They headed to the second floor and the staff did not handle the situation even after I politely complained. You could hear a couple of kids running and screaming until 12h30 at night in the second floor corridor just outside my door. The mattress of the king sized bed is less comfortable than the 180$ Walmart mattress in my camper-van. It noticeably dips in the middle. The comforter of the bed is super thin. No bathrobes is provided in the room. The plumbing of the bathroom sink is completely exposed. The bathroom door shows noticeable warping at the bottom from exposure to humidity. Instead of fixing the issue with a better extractor fan and new door, a fresh coat of paint was applied to "fix" the issue. You walk around the corridors of the building and see that wall moldings was pulled out without replacement or painting. The room window is not soundproofed at all. Not only could you follow the conversation happening outside, you hear every car passing outside to the point the you can guess what motor they have. The LG TVs are awful and there is a disappointing selection of channels. Not worth the price. Any other motels/hotels in the area will give you a better experience.

Elevator was very slow. Paint peeling from the walls and ceiling. Room had used condom wrappers around the bed when I checked in. Noise from the air conditioner sounded like someone was crawling around the room. From desk was not friendly and tried to refuse to give me a receipt upon checkout.
