貝拉島海灘度假村及水療中心-佛羅里達礁島羣(Isla Bella Beach Resort & Spa - Florida Keys)

What an amazing Gem in the Florida Keys. I've been traveling around the world a few times over and this place is a new favorite. Staff, location, and the scenery was on point. Planning to go back there again soon because it was such a nice stay and Vegas is very cold during this time.

Die Anlage ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind jedoch extrem ringhörig (man hört den TV des Nachbarn, sowie das ständige Plätschern des Pools, der direkt vor dem Zimmer ist. Tagsüber läuft dort auch ständig laute Musik). Man fühlt sich wie im Schaufenster ausgestellt, da die anderen Gäste permanent vor der Veranda hin- und herlaufen und einem ins Zimmer schauen. Es hat viele Familien mit Kleinkindern, was die Suche nach Ruhe ziemlich erschwert. Das Personal ist eher unfreundlich und man fühlt sich nicht wirklich willkommen. Den Wein an der Beach-Bar geniesst man im billigsten Plastikbecher und die Speisen werden mit ebenso billigem Plastikbesteck konsumiert (mir ist schon klar, dass am Strand keine Gläser zur Verfügung gestellt werden wegen der Unfallgefahr. Jedoch gibt es bessere Alternativen wie zum Beispiel Gläser aus Hartplastik, die die Form eines normalen Weinglases haben; von einem 4* Resort erwarte ich schon etwas mehr Stil). Zudem hatte es in unserem Bad eine massive Schimmelbildung an der Decke, die Wasserhähne sind verlottert und die Schubladen im Bad sind Fake. Darüberhinaus wird einem schon beim Check-in vorsorglich mehr als 200 USD pro Tag von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, obwohl das Zimmer im Voraus bezahlt ist. Zusätzlich zu den Kosten für das Zimmer kommen dann nochmals 46 USD Resort Fee und 28 USD für das Parking hinzu. Alles in allem würde ich das Resort auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Our Suite was huge with an amazing balcony view. It was quiet and clean as well. Multiple pools to choose from. Delicious dining with amazing sunset views. Great picture locations. On site spa was so relaxing, we had both a massage and facial, well worth it! Would definitely recommend!

Cleaning carts and guests' roller bags are like thunder on the walkways to the guest rooms front doors at all hours. We honestly thought it was thunder at first. Walls are paper thin - you can hear everything your neighbors do on all sides and above you. Probably entirely wood framed hotel - funny for relatively new construction in a hurricane-prone area. Bar and restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. Cleaning staff was impatient and knocked continuously even thou our do not disturb was posted. Was clean overall but not clean in terms of details. For a relatively new hotel things were starting to break quickly. The bathroom door wouldn't open all the way because it would get stuck on the tile floor for example and that was starting to break the bottom of the door. This hotel is probably good for large family's and groups of friends partying but it's not a romantic getaway. There is no Burger Palace... not sure what that was supposed to be? The pool's bar is a concession window not a bar. The market was nice to have for snacks. The sheets were not 4-star quality. 2-star and hot for a warm, humid environment. White sand and uniform palm trees with white painted buildings to make it feel like a 4-star "resort" but honestly closer to a 2-star motel feel (literally because of the hotel's layout and build quality). $500+/night room? It's more like a $150/night room. For the resort fee? A 2-hour bike rental to nowhere For the parking fee? A motel self-parking lot

Beautiful, tranquil, relaxing, fun place to stay in Marathon. The hotel, rooms, pool were all very clean. The staff was amazing always smiling always willing to help. Drinks and food were great. My children really enjoyed the wildlife. They saw iguanas and crabs throughout the hotel. My son really loved snorkeling in the beach. Will definitely recommended.

Isla Bella was perfect for celebrating our 25th anniversary. We liked it so much we extended our 3-night stay to 4 nights on the last day. The staff was very accommodating and the entire property is gorgeous. The only negative is the food offerings at the main resort. The Mahina restaurant has a limited menu of really expensive items and the offerings at the bar are limited as well. I ordered a salad that was delicious but for the price I would have expected an actual grilled chicken breast on top, not little nuggets of chicken that looked like they came out of one of those Tyson prefab chicken bags. The marketplace has other offerings but you miss the experience of dining on the point - which is pretty spectacular.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in July. Gorgeous property and great location. Walking distance to the 7 mile bridge. The heat was oppressive so the sea**** smell was quite overwhelming in some areas of the resort. Not much anyone can do about that. Rooms are very spacious and we never heard a peep from our neighbors. The property is supposed to be 100% smoke free but many people were smoking on their balconies which was very disappointing for us as non-smokers. We reported it twice and the staff did what they could to take care of it but it was unfortunately an ongoing daily issue. We ended up just going in our room when a smoker went out to smoke on their balcony.

This is our second trip to Isla Bella and we cannot wait to go back again! You can always find a quiet place to unwind, chill, and just breathe:). The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. The grounds were designed beautifully. Isla Bella is an amazing staycation destination!

Everything was heavenly. Except the hidden charges for parking your car in the parking lot while staying at this resort. They charged us $28 a day to park our car. We are guests at a hotel, why did we have to pay for parking and also other hidden charges that were not disclosed in the room charges.
