The room was in an alley in the back of the motel. Rv's were illegally parked and being rented. When we checked the room it was smelling of mold, dogs, and smoking. We asked to get a refund at which the owner started swearing and calling names. He wouldn't give a refund so we went another hotel. I kept the key since I'm paying for the room. The motel charged me $50.00 for a new key. We were still paying for the room. I left the key with the office clerk. They still haven't returned the $50. This should be shut down for business practices alone.
