Puerto Banus c’est plutôt bien. Le Vasari est un peu excentré et vieillot Pas de rénovation depuis 20 ans au moins. La piscine est froide, donc impossible de se baigner. Attention à votre CB. Ils n’hésitent pas à recopier les numéros et faire des débits une fois rentré chez vous. Une honte. Hôtel à fuir !

Lors de notre arrivée, la réceptionniste nous a demandé nos passeports et notre carte bleue il n y a pas eu d états des lieux entrant et sortant ni d emprunte de carte bleue et après notre départ nous avons constaté sur nos comptes qu une somme de 500 euros nous a été prélevé à notre insu. Nous les avons contacté et ils nous ont prétexté que des rideaux étaient abîmés TOTALEMENT FAUX c est de la malhonnêteté nous sommes un couple de 50 ans qui voyagent depuis des années et c'est la première fois que nous rencontrons ce genre de problème. Nous avons donc porté plainte . Faites attention.....

Buen resort, buena ubicacion y limpieza pero hay una pega no hay tumbonas para piscina, bueno tumbonas hay eso es vacías pero reservadas con toallas, bajamos a las 10h de la mañana y no había tumbonas libres y tampoco había nadie un par de niños nada más. Es muy molesto que la gente haga eso y no tiene controle me parece una falta de educación tremenda y para garantizar que nuestra familia tenga sitio para sentar tendré que hacer como lo mismo? Aunque me da mucho corte.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Vasari Resort und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die gesamte Anlage ist atemberaubend schön und hervorragend gepflegt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Hervorheben möchten wir allerdings „ MARIA „ am Empfang. Negativ war: Es war absolut unbegreiflich, dass man in einem so tollen Hotel diese „Saufkultur“ zulässt. Englische Gäste benahmen sich regelmäßig schlecht, waren im Pool mit Getränken - die dann auch mal im Pool landeten. In der Nacht sehr laut auf den Zimmern und grölend. Personal hat nichts unternommen.

Jolie cadre mais rien de plus et tres mal placé !! Si vous n’avez besoin de rien la réceptionniste vous accueillera avec le sourire. Mais s’il y a le moindre problème ils sont tous aux abonnés absents (elles sont tres orgeuilleuse et il n'y pas de quoi sachant qu'elle n'ont aucun professionalisme et on sens la haine dans leur regard flippant ! ! Sauf le réceptionniste de nuit qui mérite une médaille! Après avoir eu un tuyau qui explose en pleine nuit et ayant donc entraîner une inondation il est venu, s’est excusé et nous a aidé à tout nettoyer. L’eau étant coupée il nous a gentiment changé de chambre pour la nuit en attendant de voir le lendemain avec ses responsables. Et le lendemain plus personne! Nous devons aller à la pêche aux informations. La réceptionniste au courant de « l’incident » nous reproche même d’avoir dormi avec nos enfants dans l’autre chambre en disant que la clé avait été donné juste pour les toilettes si besoin! Le directeur de l’hôtel pas de nouvelles ! nous devons nous même lui envoyer un mail pour discuter avec lui et il nous dit « voyez avec notre assurance pour les dégâts matériels ». Et d’avoir perdu une nuit (à éponger et à changer de chambre avec nos enfants ) et une journée (à laver ce que je pouvais et à aller voir la réceptionniste pour comprendre ce qu’il se passe , à avoir un technicien dans notre chambre jusqu’à 15h sans pouvoir y circuler librement sans pouvoir utiliser salle de bains ou toilettes puisque la carte de l’autre chambre a été désactivée ) je demande à l’assurance aussi? Réponse du directeur : « nous vous avons prêté une chambre pour la nuit et nous avons changé le tuyau nous avons fait ce que nous avions a faire. » Au passage le technicien est passé la veille dans notre chambre pour vérifier car nous avons déjà eu un problème, peut être aurait il été plus judicieux de faire une vraie vérification à ce moment là non??? Sans compter que le lendemain évidemment nous n’avions plus de serviettes sèches et on nous a gentiment répondu « ce n’est pas le jour du ménage » A partir de là il a fallu se battre pour tout et plus de nouvelles du directeur qui n’a même pas daigné nous rencontrer. Service à fuir !!! sincerement il nous ont gaché nos vacances !

After one week of my stay with them I came from outside I entered my apartment the door was closed the I opened it with the usual hotel electronic key card then I walked towards my room then I found the safe box was broken and my money stolen and he searched our travel luggage and our clothes was scattered around the bedroom.

Al llegar da muy buena impresión, tanto los jardines como el apartamento (bonito, limpio y bien cuidado). El menaje de cocina necesitaría una limpieza a fondo. Pusimos la lavadora y se inundó la cocina y caló hasta el garaje (era un bajo). Llamamos a la chica de recepción y dijo que la persona de mantenimiento se pasaría al día siguiente. Suponemos que lo hizo, pero no volvimos a tener noticias (no volvimos a usar la lavadora). Dejamos una empanada recién comprada en la encimera de la cocina y cuando la íbamos a coger estaba infestada de hormigas. Conclusión, hubiera sido una mejor estancia si no hubiésemos tenido estos incidentes que nos han quitado las ganas de volver.

Une expérience de luxe. Des jardins et piscine magnifique . Dans la meilleure zone de Puerto Banus (dans une résidence sécurisée, et loin des possibles inconvenients et bruits) Le personnel au top . Appartement parfait . Un oasis de luxe et tranquílité

Stayed 10 nights last wk of June-2 bed Duplex Apartment,Family of 4,mam dad +2 teenagers. LOVED everything about this place. Apartment was big, not dated like I read here -was fabulous, immaculately clean. Cleaners every 2nd day, wash floors make beds replace towels. Big kitchen oven Hob, large fridge, microwave toaster coffee maker, separate small laundry room with washing machine. 2 TVs. 3 balconies. Lots of space in seating dining area for separate bed, we payed 700 for pull out bed as our daughter and son won’t share but really we would have been able to move the single bed out to here lots of space. Cleaners every 2nd day,Beds changed during stay. Grounds immaculate &beautiful. Secure parking over ground or underground- will need a pin it’s great. Very attentive Lifeguard at Swimming everyday from 10 until approx 6. Pool gorgeous temp perfect in June, deep part is in the centre, very safe. Small baby pool to one side. Jacuzzi up steps from pool area, No balls or floaties allowed in pool so not the location for you if you like to go mad in the pool but when it was quiet we threw a ball to each other, this rule is probably out of respect for other holiday makers. Lots of apartments are owned by people here and I was told by someone who has been coming here for 10 years that they all arrive in July and August so that’s when it gets very very busy. It was very quiet for us which we loved.Cafe beside pool, good tasty, sml portions. Closes 5.30. Location is in a quiet secure enclosed residential area with a security guard on the entrance. 5-10 minutes walk to nearest shop, which is 2 supermarkets. Food Co is one of them and has Irish and English produce, supermarket across the road has cheaper products. 15 - 20 minute walk to Peurto Banus beech and nearest restaurants - not far for us but not the location if you don’t like walking in the heat. Avis Car closeby, walking distance beside the supermarket. Ubers here are very expensive, taxi’s were cheaper. €5 in taxi v’s €25 in uber one day down to Peurto banus which is 5 mins in car. Staff and cleaners very friendly and helpful, reception area will call a taxi for you. Can hire Towels for €10 deposit but make sure you keep deposit receipt for might be trouble getting it back, I lost ours but after a little fuss receptionist made we were let sign for it. Reception area has a lovely cool seating area and books to borrow and leave - nice touch. They take a photocopy of your bank card for a deposit. I was afraid, like some reviews here said that we would be charged for something we didn’t do but All was ok, I talked to the receptionist about it and if we wanted we could get someone to review the whole apartment before we leave so there wouldn’t be any surprises- they very flexible. Would definitely recommend to family and friends but would mention the distance to walk to everything.

Very spacious apartment, with multiple bathrooms, large bedrooms, large living-room, big terrasse and a garden. Nice and functional kitchen, as well as a small laundry room. Excellent cleaning service and overall very friendly staff. The garden is so beautiful kept. Only 15 min walk from city centre. Inside gated community. Calm area.

This resort is amazing! the apartments are massive with underfloor heating! massive communal pool. the showers are amazing in the apartments they are like full body massage showers, free parking which is also great. i do reccomend a car though

Everything beautiful, apart from the security who wouldn’t let me back into the resorts 1 exit, which is miles away from Peurto Banus ( do not be fooled by the ‘close distance to the port’) and had to sleep on a park bench, I have never even been close to this disposable behaviour and the courts will be involved. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Maria was amazing… she organised a surprise bottle of champagne and card to my parents room (ordered from England!) for their anniversary! Would definitely reccomend it made their anniversary - perfect hotel for couples and friends xxxx
