I could not complete the checkin process, there was no one at the hotel to talk to, they did not approve us because of covid19 regulations, we had the certificates but had no one to show them to
I had problems with my credit card and because there was no one to talk to in person we could not pay in cash.
We called their number and the lady there was not very helpful claiming that we were supposed to email covid19 papers and that she could not send anyone.
We ended up going to anothr hotel.
The mail I got from you said cofairmd, had no mention of covid issues, and stated that someone from the front desk will meet us on arrival.
I do not think that I should pay for this
