If you are looking for a budget hotel in Marietta, look no further. Room was clean, area was quiet. But forget the breakfast and go out to one of many restaurants nearby..BTW, local gas is cheap. 12345

If you have sensitive skin and are allergic to certain soaps be careful. My husband and dog had a reaction to the sheet. Other than that it was average hotel room. Did not have much contact with staff after checking in.

I would give this hotel no stars if I could. Upon arriving in the hallway to my room, I could smell stale cigarette smoke and body odor so strong it would knock you down. My kids and I proceeded to our room. Upon entering the room, the smell was much worse. We entered the room and found it dusty and hair in the bathtub. To say I was dismayed would be an understatement. While in the room, I did check the sheets, which actually did seem to be clean, but I did book another room at a different hotel close by that was actually clean. When I informed the front desk of the situation, I was told I had to speak with the manager who was not there about a refund. When I was able to finally get in touch with a manager, I was told that I would not be receiving a refund because the hotel was clean and met all the cleaning standards. There is no way this hotel met any cleaning standards, especially COVID cleaning standards. I would rather pay for two rooms than stay in this nasty hotel.
