Ceiling tiles in check in area was heavily stained. Cobwebs in the guest room. Tub drain would not close to fill tub. Pool even though outside was in terrible condition. Paint peeling heavily. I definitely will not be staying there again.

the room was ok , staff at checking didn't clearly explain that I didn't get to the third day free because I went on a third party instead of going directly to Wyman if I don't knowing that I was just went to the Wyman but I wasn't explained it properly. so I had to sleep in my car the three day.. but I would still refer you to my family and friends, I'm hoping for a free night tomorrow since I have to business done in the area Monday. without traveling in this bad weather at night. an a insurance underwriter and I have a good amount of homes assigned to me in the area

Everything was great for the price and the budget of the hotel i think the friendliness and great customer service makes up for what the baymont lacks when compared to higher dollar and budget hotels

Breakfast was very limited Ceiling had water stains and half ass plaster work Beds were very hard Hair in the tub from previous guest

Great stay for the price. Clean but dated room. Friendly staff good breakfast. Good value over all

All was good except the key card was not working properly and I had to ask for assistance twice.

No phone in room. Lamp was broken couldn't turn it on. Had to wait 20 minutes for coffee in the morning

Everyone was super nice. As an overnight worker, it's hard to wait all day to check in, and they were great at allowing an early check-in, and extra towels. Probably the best motel mattress we've slept in, in the last 6 months, and as a healthcare worker, that's super important! Room on back of building was even more quiet than receptionist said it was when she assigned my room.
