總的來說，這是一次愉快的住宿。

The hotel and check in were great. Restaurant dining as well. However, valet and room service left much to be desired. We had several rooms there and although the daily cleaning was done, the same dirty glassware stayed in the exact same spot for 4 days. We were seeing how long it would take them to remove and replace and they never did. The valet was poor. You literally had to walk up to them each time when you dropped your car off. There were a couple of nice kids but most of them stood at the podium looking at their phones. Not sure if I would stay there again to be honest. It's a lot of money for valet parking and room to be just ok. The restaurant I would go back to. Good food.

A little bit dishonest The bed was a little bit not comfy. Too low and too soft, in my opinion. The shower was for wheelchairs, which was fine. However, it don’t have any covers whatsoever. So the water was pooling on the bathroom floor. Then the room description and the front desk said that our room had a partial view (which is more expensive than the regular room). But when I got to the room, the “view” was the swamp, not the marina. It was not a view at all. Had I known then I just got the regular room for cheaper rate. Lastly, we were given drink vouchers. But they didn’t disclose that these vouchers are for the cheapest and low shelf drinks. I guess it was okay but I wished they were honest. Full disclosure goes a long way.

Great hotel Beautiful location right on the marina with great access to walk the area. There is a 5-10 minute walk to a framers market on Saturday morning. Hotel team was friendly. There was in unexpected $20 destination fee but they did use it as credit for daily purchases at their marketplace and or towards their hotel’s restaurant.

Beautiy Lobby, makes you happy; the room way too small, micro, makes you walk right and complain. The view over retaining base, awful. I booked a bay view.

This property is way over priced, in addition to the room charge there was a mandatory resort fee of $ 20.00 plus a parking fee of $ 50.00/day ! There was no breakfast available except a bagel and coffee stand. The check in was rushed and mechanical no warmth. I did not enjoy the hotel at all

Great property. Very clean. Great customer service. Good food and drinks. Price appropriately

Very nice hotel with easy access and accommodation. Very clean and really nice rooms. Staff were very attentive.
