"This was my first time in Marlow and I was with a social organisation. I accidentally booked a shared room and after a bit of working out I was able to get a single room. I would like to compliment the staff on the service I received and the cleanliness omy second room. This was cleaned by Hayley and the standard was better than some hotels I have stayed in with the same 3 star grade. On a accessibility note, although I am not in a wheelchair I can see that not just the disabled access rooms are wheelchair accessible. This is due to a specialist loft and the square footage and turning room is very spacious. Compliments to the builders and designers. The pictures are from the lovely Bishan Abbey."

"From the moment we arrived we had service with a smile from all the staff particularly from the manager Nicole. We were made to feel welcome by all the staff and the landlord Martin. In a time of themed bars catering to the tourists it was nice to stay in a traditional pub which had a large section of cask beers as well as the normal lagers., ciders and Guinness. The bedroom we had was lovely and very clean. It was situated 5 mins walk from the High Street and 10 mins away from the picturesque river front. If we are in this area again would definitely stay here."
