Absolutely fabulous holiday made by the fantastic staff!!! Thank u soo much to CoCo, Mehmet & your wonderful team. We had the best time. Food beautiful!! Best cocktails around & value for money! Our room was gorgeous. The maid fabulous. We will definately be back hopefully in Oct so keep room 205 free!

Charge £70 for air conditioning but only give you one key so can't use when out of room, owner does this deliberately. It's 40°, unbelievable. No safes, despite asking for 3 days, apparently there are only 8 safes for 43 rooms. Missing shower screen in bathroom, so water goes everywhere and no screen/blind on door to balcony so everyone can see in from main road and let's sun heat through, reported at reception but nothing done.

Me & my partner stayed here for 14 nights and had the most amazing time. The rooms are spacious, modern & include all kitchen utensils you require as we booked self catering. There is shops close by which sell all necessities at cheap prices. The staff in the hotel are lovely, and very helpful. The pool has sun all day & a slide, and the staff always help accommodate you a sun lounger in your preferred spot. The rooms contain 2 air cons, however we wasn’t aware until we arrived that it is £5 a night to use each one, we only paid for the kitchen one & left our card in the holder so it could stay on all day and the room always remained cold, and the reception staff was happy to provide us with a second card for the room in order for us to leave the air con on all day even whilst we was out. The whole stay was amazing start to finish, and you are a 2 minute walk from the beach. Would recommend anyone to stay here & me and my partner will definitely be coming back.

Came back after been a few years ago , totally changed looks amazing now very nice rooms beds comfy very clean lovely pool area but not very big amazing service nothing is a problem they go out of there way for you . Food beautiful staff so very friendly make you feel so welcome different entrainment every night . Needed a tooth out while there and management sorted it out for me and took me to dentist and brought me back can’t wait to go back would defo recommend anyone to go

We stayed here from the 3rd of July for 2 weeks and had a great time. We were half board and you have a decent amount of options to choose from although there are more when you ask and not just what is first pointed out to you. All the staff are really friendly and we never had any problems with any of them although the manager is a wee bit grumpy but that’s probably from the long hours they work. The rooms are spotless and cleaned regularly too. The pool is nice although can be a bit busy at times but that’s to be expected when you go during school holidays. We will be back in two years time for another visit. Also has a tattoo parlour connected to hotel.

What a fantastic holiday ! Started off with some issues due to Love Holidays, but soon sorted . Most of the staff exceptional, especially Onur , Omar and Mehmet. Let down by the guy on the desk at night - incredibly rude and unhelpful. Stood waiting at 4 in the morning for him to check us in while he continued chatting to his friend! No help to get luggage to our room as we were put in the building with no lift on the second floor! I walk with a stick and my daughter obviously couldn’t do it by herself. She was told repeatedly by him to shut up and when we reported this lied and said he didn’t say it ! Funny how he pulled us when we came in and said he didn’t say it - how did he know it was her who had reported him if he didn’t say it !? Food below average , but plenty of lovely restaurants very close brilliant food and much cheaper.Hotel facilities very good , nice bar and swimming pool. Apartment lovely , cleaned daily and free tv and Wi-Fi (always paid for both when we’ve stayed elsewhere) Lovely lady in charge of the staff called Seyla , knowledgeable, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were moved into another apartment in the building with a lift after 2 days . On site tattoo artist , absolutely fantastic and very reasonable pricing ( much cheaper than at home ) both my daughter and I had new ink on our last day , which we love . Would highly recommend. I’m looking to book for next year already! Excellent apartments , housekeeping and bar staff. We met some amazing people who quickly became firm friends. People were so helpful and kind . Big up to Seyla- you are incredible! Brilliant value for money , we’ve been to Turkey many , many times and this is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed ! Keep on doing what you do .

I came with my daughter Amber just recently and stayed for 10 nights. The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious with a small fridge, microwave and kettle. The maid comes daily to clean. The hotel is in a great location right in the city centre close to the beach with some nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The pool area is very popular with hotel guests. The pool is cleaned every day and gets sun all day long. Great music and wonderful cocktails with BOGOF. The food is also excellent. Special mention to : Onur, Osman, Mehmet, Ömer, sarı and Koko who make this hotel so entertaining. They’re always happy to help and give positive vibes to all their guests. We had a wonderful time and next time we’re in Marmaris we’ll definitely stay here again.

We stayed in The Isla Appartments here in Marmaris June 18th to July 2nd. What makes this hotel is the fantastic staff who work 24/7 in the heat to provide us with a great holiday experience, namely Mehmet, Mert, Omar, Alex. From start to finish of the holiday they were here for us. We Really bonded with these guys + are missing them already.. Initially there was a few small issues with the room (loose sockets , hairdryer + the wonderful lady from the front of house (Seyla) was up to sort it. Rooms were cleaned daily+fresh towels given daily..The food was lovely in the snack bar. Will be back, Gina, Greg, Ali+ Daragh xx

Stayed May 28th to June 11th had a brilliant time all the staff where great especially the lady in the office who helped my friends get to hospital after he took ill and had to stay in for 7 days .back in September for another 2 weeks wife's birthday and retirement. See you soon guys.

This was my 4th stay here at Isla and I would come back in a heartbeat! The rooms are lovely and always clean, and with English news channels on the TV. The staff were amazing and always going above and beyond to help. Special mentions to Onur, Mert and Mehmet as they always made sure we were well looked after! Seyla was also somebody who was always there to ensure everybody had the best experience possible and she was absolutely amazing at listening and solving any problems had. Already planning another trip back in September to see all the staff again for another brilliant holiday!

Room nice…if you like sunbathing forget it very shady round the pool.Food not the best..if you are after entertainment forget it they give waiters entertainment T-shirt .would I stay here again NEVER.if it’s s base your after then will be ok but apart from that no…oh if you have children nothing for kids apart from a slide

Seyla was amazing. When we first arrived in a room where two of us had to sleep on sofas and the a/c was leaking. Seyla was very friendly and approachable and managed to change us to a much nicer room the next day. She would check up on us and make sure everything was okay and provided her number in case we needed anything further during our stay. She turned what would have been a very negative experience into a positive one!

The guy who collected me was great he is a lovely man.Room was nice apart from they didn’t clean it every day..Mertle I think his name was a nice guy…entertainment!!!! Well I was there a week one night they had stuff on but they need to not use the older waiters as entertainment they are waiters…Hope they get it sorted but never again
