İf you don't book during holiday season (i booked in November) the restaurant is closed so they won't serve any breakfast even if you have paid for it (i read that the breakfast is very meager even if they'd serve it).. so my recommendation is not to book any breakfast.

Nice clean hotel. Close to the Marina shops busy around even though its winter. Staff helpfull. Would stay there again, good price 😊

Bir arkadaşın tavsiyesiyle gittik..Hayatımda gördüğüm en berbat apart otel...apart demek için bin sahit lazım ucuz diye gittik en berbat odayı verdiler.şok şok şok odanın kapısı berbat dökülüyor oda desen tahta içerisi küf kokuyor kılma bozuk resimlerdeki gibi değil kanmayın...sadece denizze ve merkeze yakın tek güzel tarafı bu

I wouldn't stay here for free. Rooms very run down, wires hanging out of walls, handle hanging off patio door, toilet seat hanging off. Also I don't appreciate being bullied by the manager every morning / evening you go out, sitting on the sofa waiting for you to walk through the reception to haggle with you to have breakfast there, to change to half board, to book tickets to a Turkish night or a bbq. We book self catering to eat out every night and try different foods. If I wanted to stay and eat in a hotel I'd book all inclusive. After we refused to eat there we got totally blanked by the manager for the rest of stay. Fine by me penfold!!!!!

We had apartment it was clean, well it was cleanish, but we only had micro wave and kettle NO COOKER, POTS OR PANS, for are apartment, them found out by another holiday family when we was leaving we was to ask the cleaner for them, the bar staff was lovely BUT THE PERSON ON RECEPTION (MAN WITH GLASSES AND BLACKISH CURLY HAIR) WAS VARY RUDE, asked if we could keep room on (manage in bar said we could for £20 (not a problem) want the following morning to pay reception to find out that we could not (but the 2 couples behind us did) unless you please them in some way you are ok.

Отдыхали с семьёй ( 2 детей ) в июле , хорошие апартаменты с мини кухней, очень удачное расположение, супермаркет напротив, набережная , пляж в 10 минутах ходьбы, единственный минус- очень плохая шумоизоляция, все слышно что происходит на улице и возле бассейна.... В целом все устроило.

Halfway through our stay today (30/09) and loving it at Isla. We have stayed here for the last 4 years and always enjoyed it. Very friendly staff and no hassle. We are staying in rooms in the block that faces the main road and they have been modernised over the last 12 months. Much smarter and modern. Aircon is seemingly included and now the balcony doors are rigid, you should get a great night sleep even with the local chickens and the early prayer call. Perfect location, walk to the front and surrounded by shops and supermarkets. Try and get to Dr Jivago bar just round the corner, the owner is lovely as is the pub cat 😺

Stayed here before last time was fine, this time was rather disappointing, we booked with travel republic when booking their was three different prices for the sae date I paid the most expensive thinking I would get the best room how wrong I was. Got there and was given a room 3 floors up i would say not a luxury room either, and they wasn’t to know I was awaiting a hip operation. I saw the manager next day and to be fair he was ok and moved us to a room in the roof, there was a lift in this block we liked it was but was really hot, another downside was you banged your head on the ceiling. I was surprised they were no cutlery we went out and bought our own and only a microwave no cooker. The cleaner was the laziest we have come across I could spend ages on this but will just say if she worked for me she would be out of a job. Never went in the pool so can’t comment .

Upon arrival check in smooth and pretty quick, we paid extra for air con which we already knew about but there was 2 units in the room and they wanted money each day for each one. It was so hot that we needed both. There was no safe in room and told there wasn’t enough for all the rooms, apparently they are mobile and just bring the room (hardly safe!) The room itself was ok, we were in room 506 and the ceilings were sloped so if you’re a taller person you will bang your head a lot. We were only given 1 room key and were told this is management decision and under no circumstances could we have a second one The bar manager is quite pushy with trying to sell trips and get people to upgrade to half board option, he soon got message we weren’t interested in any of his trips. We did however upgrade to half board for 5 of the days at a cost of £300 for 3 people, we found this pretty good value as the food was really nice. Moments after we’d agreed to upgrade a second room key suddenly became available for us! The pool area is tiny and crammed with beds, definitely not a relaxing atmosphere when there during peak times of UK holidays. We mainly used the beach or the pool at always karaoke bar All in all I’d say if you’re wanting somewhere to sleep in a good location then it’s fine but if you’re on a budget and wanting to use the ‘kitchen facilities’ then I’d give a miss because there wasn’t even a sharp enough knife to cut a tomato never mind trying to cook anything

Absolutely fabulous holiday made by the fantastic staff!!! Thank u soo much to CoCo, Mehmet & your wonderful team. We had the best time. Food beautiful!! Best cocktails around & value for money! Our room was gorgeous. The maid fabulous. We will definately be back hopefully in Oct so keep room 205 free!

Charge £70 for air conditioning but only give you one key so can't use when out of room, owner does this deliberately. It's 40°, unbelievable. No safes, despite asking for 3 days, apparently there are only 8 safes for 43 rooms. Missing shower screen in bathroom, so water goes everywhere and no screen/blind on door to balcony so everyone can see in from main road and let's sun heat through, reported at reception but nothing done.

Me & my partner stayed here for 14 nights and had the most amazing time. The rooms are spacious, modern & include all kitchen utensils you require as we booked self catering. There is shops close by which sell all necessities at cheap prices. The staff in the hotel are lovely, and very helpful. The pool has sun all day & a slide, and the staff always help accommodate you a sun lounger in your preferred spot. The rooms contain 2 air cons, however we wasn’t aware until we arrived that it is £5 a night to use each one, we only paid for the kitchen one & left our card in the holder so it could stay on all day and the room always remained cold, and the reception staff was happy to provide us with a second card for the room in order for us to leave the air con on all day even whilst we was out. The whole stay was amazing start to finish, and you are a 2 minute walk from the beach. Would recommend anyone to stay here & me and my partner will definitely be coming back.
