Great location. Nice view

Fantastic stay over Easter. We were in a non-ocean view apartment that still had a lovely view of the ocean, if blocked a little by surrounding apartment blocks. Service from the reception was fantastic with nothing too difficult. The Mantra itself is ideally located to make the most of the Mooloolaba *****. The apartment was really comfortable and had all the kitchen essentials for cooking when you can't be bothered going out. We even found there was a special path to the local Coles supermarket for hotel guests that made it so simple to go shopping. Will definitely be back to try an ocean view apartment.

Great location, great view of the ocean, friendly staff

The Mantra is wonderful. Located on the esplanade, over the road from the beach, shopping and restaurant culture on street level, Coles and bakery located next door. The indoor pool, and outdoor spa and pool in extensive well maintained gardens made this holiday destination wonderful for us.

I have always enjoyed staying here, but this trip found us in a rear unit which had a lot of shopping centre lights glaring in all night through the blinds & a bedside alarm that woke us up at midnight & was difficult to turn off. This is not a cheap motel & I was surprised at these negatives

Property was very clean and in a great location. We walked everywhere and with a big playground right across the road made it easy. There are a number of fantastic cafes on the street level of the property. Tip - Ask reception and see if the rooftop is available. Its a great view looking out over the ocean and coastline all the way down. It would be great on a clear day as I'm sure you could clearly see the ships out to see. The room we stayed in the bed needs to be replaced as does the lounge. Due to age and use they were not supportive. That was the only downside of our experience.

Overall excellent however kids game room needs some care and attention games old and not working properly no white ball for the pool table, no ball for the table tennis table, used the gym and got locked in the fire exit a little disturbing at 6am trying to find way out

The rooms were quite small and our bedroom had one window that looked into the hallway. It was very close to the lift. We could hear people talking in the hall during the night. The location of the hotel is great and check in and out was very efficient.
