Clean,tidy,safe & convenient.Lovely pool/spa. The staff were so helpful with discount Australia Zoo tickets.Woolwotlrths,Chemist & Asian Cuisine across the road. Australia Zoo was close by which was our reason for visiting. *Could have an exhaust fan in the bathroom..

Friendly reception and welcome. Great child friendly accomodation and resort. Local and convenient shops across the road. Great location. Bedrooms could have blockout curtains too but great value for money and perfect for the whole family. Thank you!

Some design and layout stupidness. Like a smoking area on the path between the main building and the restaurant. No outdoor shower in the pool area. Instead it’s outside on the pathway. The corridor to the pool toilets is always wet and slippery. Very poor ventilation. Insufficient showers to the pool area. No gate from path to playground. Have to go through waterpark to get to playground. Area outside the outdoor bar area is too small. The bar needs to have a serving window into the pool area so you don’t have to juggle the pool gate latch with food and drinks. Lack of towel rails and drying rails in the family rooms. This is a family sort WITH a waterpark. That’s the only draw card for this place. So have hanging space to dry your clothes! Poor ventilation / extraction in the room bathrooms so they were always damp. Bed was hard. Pillows were hard. Food is a 3/10 at best (breakfast buffet and dinner meals are both below average), even when you ignore the high price. Staff are great though. We only go for the waterpark when I can get a good deal. Otherwise there are much better resorts in SEQ

Our stayed here was fabulous and just as we needed. We did 2 nights here so we could spend a day at Australia Zoo which was only 20min away. But it was central Caloundra too so we could walk to RSL for dinner. The kids had a lot of fun in the water park too which thankfully was heated as the weather was a bit cool for the little ones.

Nice setup to relax by the pool bar while keeping an eye on the kids. Decent choice of activities for the children. The breakfast buffet is very good, the dinner was just ok. Our beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. It's only a few minutes' drive from the beach.
