Large and spacious with a spa bath which I loved using. Bed was comfy. Did find the groove in the sofa cushions containing a LOT of old crumbs though, which was a bit gross.

Amazing place to stay. Unit was spacious and very clean. The views from our apartment on level 9 were great. Shared ammenities were clean and well looked after. Close to shopping and restaurants. We will stay again when going back to Maroochydore.

A lot to like about this place but a few small things let it down a bit. 1. Reasonably well equipped for cooking but the kettle is wonky, only 2 pans and the colander isn't very big. Only provide a flimsy cloth for washing and two sachets of detergent included. This could be improved. 2. Laundry is great, washer and dryer, ironing board, etc. Dryer took me around 6 attempts to work but got there in the end. Perhaps a bit old. Washer was a modern LG top loader super easy to use. Sone detergent supplied which was handy. 3. Location is nice and quiet, with well rated restaurants like Soka and Orleans a very close walk away and both well rated. A Woolies is also practically next door. 4. Cleanliness was pretty good, not perfect, the shower was not clean enough for my liking. 5. Really comfy sofas, beds ok, pillows not the worst, great balcony. Over all I would stay again. Katrina was lovely upon check in and we could check in early which was geat. I just hope they clean the bathroom showers better in future.

We always stay at the M1. The managers are wonderful and look after you. I give it 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. They are spacious. The pool is so clean and lovely to swim in. M1 is so handy to restaurants and shop. The plaza is not far to go to the movies.

Lovely 2bed apartment. Very well appointed and views of the river. Very clean and good size kitchen. Location was perfect easy walk to shop, supermarket, bars and cafes. Would certainly stay again. Reception were very pleasant and helpful too.

Our visit to M1 Maroochydore was fantastic and extremely accommodating by the manager. Nothing was a problem regarding access to pool towels and extra ammenities for our apartment, ie washing powder and extra dish wash powder. Our apartment was impressive with a split level aspect with high ceilings overlooking a canal and walkway. This Modern apartment had a wonderful covered huge deck with outdoor furniture. We loved having our 5pm drinks outside listening to the birds in the trees. 10 minutes to the Sunshine Plaza and dining, plus 5min to Ocean street dining. We stayed 6 nights and throughly enjoyed what Maroochydore had to offer.

1 bedroom apartment was just beautiful. Best apartment I’ve stayed in. Balcony was huge with view of the river. Short walk to Sunshine Plaza, cafes, park, beach, supermarket, games arcade. Undercover parking. Foxtel, wifi, it had everything. Manager was lovely, great communication, can’t wait to stay there again.

Spacious 2-bedroom apartment, secure car parking, barbecue available, very quiet at night, close to supermarket and malls. Our dryer didn't work, reported it to the duty manager, who was lovely and let us dry our washing in an adjacent apartment. However she said it would be sorted the next day and we never heard back from her, followed up with phone message but no response. The reception was closed during our whole stay so nobody to talk to. Due to the humidity outside it takes days for the beach towels & clothes to dry. You have to provide everything yourself, it would be good to have basics like salt & pepper provide but these are minor issues. It is however a great base to explore the Sunshine coast.

I stayed here for four nights with my sister and we were really impressed. Very well situated with wonderful restaurants and amenities in easy walk distance. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean, luxurious, with everything we could have needed. And so quiet! I especially appreciated being able to hire a pool towel at a ve reasonable price to enjoy the lovely heated pool. Highly recommended.

Stayed Feb 22 in a 2bed 2bath apt 806. Overlooking the Creek,.which still offered a nice outlook as opposed to the River or Hinterland views From 1st contact with Katrina & her team , to checkin to checkout could not be faulted. Secure underground parking Secure access to apt Large open plan living. In this particular apartment each bedroom on either side of living made for a nice private concept if another couple with ease to the 2nd bathroom. Ensuite had a spa bath. Both bathrooms walkin showers Kitchen equipped with everything needed even a pod coffee machine Washing machine & dryer Large outdoor balcony. As they are privately owned decor will differ with each apt, 806 was tastfully decorated with a nice comfy 1x2 & 1x3 seater lounge ample room if 4guests. Extra pillows & a blanket another bonus, not just a doona my pet peeve. Biggest kudos to the cleaning staff. Apt was spotless. Loved the area which offers a short 4-5min walk to either the Duporth Tavern or the RSL with other small eateries in between A local Woolworths 3min walk away. Fantastic location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping plaza and beach. Great restaurants in Ocean street. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds, spacious apartments with nice views. Easy, secure parking. Kids loved the pool. We will be back.

We had a family getaway and had the pleasure of staying at the M1 for the duration of our trip. The resort is in a great location and is walking distance to lots of restaurants. The apartment itself was wonderful and spacious & had all of the creature comforts that you would need. It was also really well maintained and lovely and clean. Special thanks to Katrina for her fantastic customer service. She really went above and beyond.

Over three visits of varied length, from late 2022 to early 2023, I found M1 Resort ideal. The location was central to a number of convenience stores, parks, beaches and restaurants. The management and service staff were very helpful and accommodating to my needs, with the building's facilities always easily accessible and clean. Happy with my three stays and will always be happy to recommend M1 Resort to family and friends, thank you.

We stayed in the penthouse apartment for 6 night, five adults. Right on river and fantastic apartment views of river with access to private jetty for the river. Sea views great balcony. The very best of everything in this massive apartment. Very comfortable beds pillows large ensuite walk in robe just the best place to stay. Katrina was great to deal with. Secure parking close to the restaurant’s and shops a few minutes walk. No traffic noise highly recommend this very excellent apartment.
