Nice place for a short stay with comfortable bed and beautiful layout with many great restaurants nearby. Reception is across the road and not in the same building.

Fabulous views, spacious apartment and everything you need on hand. Easy access to Maroochy beach, centrally located to Maroochydore and Alex. Kitchen was well appointed with all the thing you would need for a week long stay. Large deck overlooking the ocean.

Stayed five nights at Rise apartments in Maroochydore. Couldn’t fault the apartment, a perfect place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful . The apartments had only been built last year so everything was brand new . The apartments are not serviced unless you stay over seven days but there is a laundry in the apartment . Nothing but praise for these apartments, just beautiful.

Have just returned to NZ after 3 weeks staying at The Rise. This was our second stay and we have rebooked for next year. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The apartments are very modern and stylish with magnificent views all round. We had a two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, laundry, fantastic living, dining area and gorgeous sunny balcony. It is very handy to shops, restaurants and beach. A must stay!

Amazing penthouse with all the creature comforts. Cook up a feast or choose from the many great eateries within walking distance…..the choice is yours. Clean, spacious, modern. Apartment is situated in great location and proximity to the beach with million dollar views. Very happy family 😀
