東方里亞德榮耀 SPA 酒店的評價

写真の通りとても綺麗で色鮮やかな内装です。部屋にミネラルウォーターや風力の強いドライヤーがあったのがありがたかったです。朝食も非常においしいです。 ただ、リヤド周りの治安はあまりよろしくなく、道案内の詐欺師がうろついています。女性一人で泊まる場合は移動時に気をつけたほうがよいと思います。各種観光地までも距離があります。 マッサージも受けましたが、とても良かったです。どのスタッフも丁寧に対応していただきました。

Очень красивый Риад,просто оазис!Сервис супер,месторасположение тоже.Единственное,в нашем номере не было зеркала в ванной,даже маленького,это было очень неудобно.Но в остальном прекрасно

The location of the Riad is bad, the is not signage of the hotel at all, my driver helped to call the riad they said the car can’t reach the property and need to Walk a little bit. But in fact, it’s actually 6-7mins walk. We have quite some luggages as we travel for 3 weeks and we ask for assistant for the luggage and the Riad said they don’t have anyone can help, you may get someone on the street to help and pay them if you want. So we got caught in the middle of the street, true enough there is a lot people come over and approach us and start grabbing our luggage and telling us the hotel is very far need 10mins/8mins and so on. We decided to do it ourself as they are too scary to us but they never let us go and walk around us all the way to the riad. I felt sad for this beautiful riad, you have such a nice place but why can’t you improve on your service to your client? At least inform us earlier and even we need to pay extra to arrange the luggage is fine, but didn’t. Same thing happened when we check out, they said short is stuff so can’t help us with the luggage, gave wrong location to my driver again and it’s raining! Ended up one is the stuff who help me on the check in, he helped us with the luggage, and I asked him why no signage to your riad? He said usually they don’t have the problem even without the signage. This riad is far from the famous square and Medina and souk. Inside a narrow alley and you have to pass by a messy alley. Other than the aesthetic of the riad, nothing really is worth the stay.

De riad was aangenaam en heeft zeker potentieel om een echt pareltje te worden met wat extra aandacht voor onderhoud. Samier was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het overige personeel kwam wat gereserveerder over, waardoor het ontvangst minder warm aanvoelde. Doordat de hoofddeur vaak openstond en onze kamer zich op de begane grond bevond, was er soms minder privacy door geluiden vanuit de patio en het personeel. Ook de directe omgeving ervoeren wij als minder prettig, mede door jongeren die regelmatig om geld vroegen.

Venue pour la deuxième fois dans ce Riad, j'ai apprécié l'accueil qui nous a été réservé et la chambre que nous avions sur le toit terrassé. Ce riad est un petit bijoux et le personnel est très agréable. Merci à tous pour votre accueil et mention spéciale à Samir au petit déjeuner.

Riad très agréable situé dans un quartier traditionnel et authentique. Très bien entretenu et personnel très aimable. prévenant. Belle décoration. Bon petit-déjeuner. Une bonne adresse dans la Médina.

Riad magnifique, calme et plein de charme ! Les services sont impeccables : le petit déjeuner maison est délicieux, et les dîners sont tout simplement extraordinaires. Je vous recommande vivement d’y dîner le soir, l’ambiance y est magique. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et attentionné — un vrai plus qui rend le séjour inoubliable. We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Eliaz was ontzettend gastvrij en gaf ons waardevolle tips over wat er in de stad te bezoeken is. Hij zorgde ervoor dat we ons helemaal op ons gemak voelden en liep op de dag van vertrek zelfs met ons mee naar de parkeerplaats om te helpen met onze spullen. Habiba, die elke ochtend het ontbijt verzorgde, was enorm vriendelijk en maakte steeds een gezellig praatje met ons. Ook willen we graag Fatima en Buchra bedanken voor hun gastvrijheid. De Riad zelf is prachtig en wordt gerund door ontzettend hartelijke mensen. Absoluut een aanrader!

Wir sind so glücklich, dass wir in diesem Riad in Marrakesch waren. Es ist so schön im Inneren, und wir erhielten wunderbare Behandlung vom Personal. Das Zimmer war super schön, sauber, einfach toll. Totale marokkanische Gastfreundschaft und typisch erhaltene Zimmer in gutem Zustand , Das Personal ist super freundlich und immer sehr zuvorkommend. Gerne, jeder Zeit wieder!
