would strongly advise others to read the reviews before booking this property, as our experience was extremely disappointing. The place is very overpriced for what you actually get. The condition of the bathroom was unacceptable – there were cracks, limescale buildup, and issues with the taps. On top of that, we had problems with both hot and cold water, and the air conditioning was not working properly. The property looks nothing like the pictures shown online, which was very misleading. We were also surprised to be charged extra for hot drinks and water at the end of our stay, which we were not expecting.Adul should have mentioned before This added to the already high cost. Overall, the experience felt poor value for money. We even had to go to an ATM at the last minute to pay the remaining balance to Adil , which was very inconvenient. I would not recommend staying here

我於2026年1月21日至24日入住。網站上發布的房間照片與實際情況不符。房間非常冷，空調冷氣效果很差，他們只好給我們提供了一個暖氣。浴室急需翻新，水龍頭上全是水垢，洗手台和淋浴間也佈滿了裂縫。洗手台和淋浴間裡只有一點點洗手液，什麼都沒有。吹風機也不好用。毛巾都破舊不堪，而且有污漬和修補的破洞。房間的清潔程度尚可，但最好不要掀開地毯。衣櫃裡有股潮濕的霉味，而且長滿了黴菌。我們只好把衣服放在行李箱裡。照片上顯示的可以享用早餐的露台，地板破損嚴重，很容易絆倒。晚上，位於Riad入口中央的噴泉聲音不斷，讓人難以入眠。我們也問過晚上是否可以關閉。他們回覆說早上會打開水，但這完全是謊言，因為我連續三個晚上都看了手機上的時間，都是上午11點。早上5點的早餐包含在房價裡（只有4杯柳橙汁，2杯給我，2杯給和我一起度假的另一對夫婦）。我額外要了一杯柳橙汁，卻被收了1.5歐元。注意旅遊稅，費用是每人每天2.5到3歐元。他們向我們收取的旅遊稅比我們實際需要支付的稅要多，當我們計算後指出他們多收了錢，他們才把差額退還給我們。離開時不要預訂計程車去機場，因為他們會要價是去程的兩倍。

Un posto meraviglioso, accogliente e ricco di atmosfera autentica. Un riad davvero splendido, impreziosito da personale gentile, attento e sempre disponibile. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande ospitalità, coccolati dal loro tradizionale tè alla menta: una vera delizia. Il riad si trova all’inizio della medina, in una posizione ideale perché comoda ma lontana dal caos, quindi pernottamento silenzioso e rilassante. In circa 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Piazza Jemaa El Fnaa, una passeggiata però molto piacevole attraverso le caratteristiche vie della medina, tra colori, profumi e vita locale. La camera è accogliente, arredata in perfetto stile marocchino, con gusto ed equilibrio, senza eccessi o sfarzi inutili. Forse un po' fredda, ma è fornita di stufetta elettrica che è possibile accendere. La colazione è eccezionale e viene servita ogni mattina nel meraviglioso giardino del riad, un momento davvero speciale per iniziare la giornata. Una scelta assolutamente consigliata per chi desidera vivere la vera atmosfera marocchina, autentica e senza artifici acchiappaturisti.

Riad Cannelle is truly a gem. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautiful and calming the riad felt, an oasis of serenity tucked right in the middle of the busy souks. The location couldn’t be more central, yet once inside, the peaceful atmosphere makes you feel a world away. Our room was spotless, tidy, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and you can tell the team puts real care into maintaining the space. A huge thank you to Adil, who was wonderfully welcoming, and to Badr, who went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. He gave us fantastic recommendations, made us feel completely safe, and was always there to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. Honestly, I couldn’t fault Riad Cannelle. From the people to the service, the location to the tranquility, it was perfect. We can’t recommend it highly enough and would return in a heartbeat.

Je wordt er met open armen ontvangen. Niets is teveel gevraagd. Het is terugkomen in een oase van rust na de drukte van de stad. De kamers zijn heel netjes en het onbijt is heel verzorgd. Een veilige plek, heel centraal gelegen. Aanrader! De gastheer is warm, gastvrij en super sympathiek

Super aconsejable.Gente muy profesional y amable como en familia.Nos recibieron con té y pastas super atentos con nosotros en todo. Habitación super limpia.Desayuno impresionante y a cualquier hora de la mañana,tanto super temprano para ir a las excursiones como si no Nos daban los desayunos a las seis de la mañana para que nos diera tiempo a ir a los puntos de encuentro de las mismas. Nos conseguía taxis a un precio increíble a puerta del Riad para desplazarnos. Vamos totalmente recomendable. De diez no,lo siguiente.

Atención magnífica en este tranquilo hotel donde se descansa estupendamente lejos del bullicioso Marrakech. El desayuno es muy completo servido con mucho mimo por parte de Badr que está siempre dispuesto a informarte y a ayudarte en todo. La ubicación también es estupenda.

Un oasis de paz en la caótica Marraketch. El Riad es preciosa, con una fantástica comida, y un maravilloso personal… en especial Badr, que nos hizo sentir como en casa, siempre ayudándonos y aconsejándonos en todo. Sin duda lo mejor de nuestro viaje. Muchas gracias!!

Tout était parfait. L’accueil, le logement, le calme, la situation, l’hospitalité et la nourriture (petit déjeuner et dîner) …. tout était irréprochable. Adil et Badr font tout ce qui leur est possible pour vous aider et être agréable. Quand nous retournerons à Marrakech nous relogerons sans hésiter au Riad Cannelle

Riad Cannelle is een mooie locatie in de Medina van Marrakesh … hier kom je tot rust naar een vermoeiende maar boeiende dag in het hart van de stad … ontdek de cultuur, de hectiek, de geuren en kleuren, … een welgemeende dank U aan Adil voor de gastvrijheid en Badr voor de ontvangst ‘s avonds en het heerlijke ontbijt… telkens geserveerd met de glimlach … ook dikke mercie aan het team achter de schermen .. zeker de moeite om hier te verblijven

This is a wonderful riad in a great location. A real oasis of calm in the heart of Marrakech. The rooms were spacious and well furnished. Adil and all the staff were exceptionally helpful when we needed anyhting. I would definitely stay here again.
