馬斯維勒酒店(Un Mas en Ville)

Cette maison d’hôtes est vraiment très agréable… Il suffit de pousser la (très lourde) porte qui donne sur la rue pour abandonner le tumulte, la chaleur et le bruit de la rue….Et découvrir un magnifique endroit, qui sent bon, frais et calme … Les chambres sont belles, propres et calmes

Un véritable havre de paix en plein centre du vieux M****ille Le cadre est magnifique tant au niveau des espaces communs qu’au niveau des chambres La piscine et le spa réalisés en pierres sont juste superbes. Et en plus le personnel est vraiment au petits soins ! Petits déjeuners copieux et de qualité servi avec goût Boissons chaudes (expresso et thé) en libre service 24h/24 Possibilité d’utiliser de la vaisselle pour déguster des plats à emporter ou organiser un apéro par exemple (Pas de possibilité de cuisiner) Idéalement situer , tout est vraiment parfait pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille

La pire expérience de ma vie de touriste. En visite sur M****ille pour 5 jours, je décide de descendre dans cet établissement vu tous les avis positifs. Et là le cauchemard. Une odeur d'humidité et d'urine. Je défais le drap et là je découvre ce que je vais faire suivre en photo. Impossible de changer de chambre car hôtel complet, personnel absent. Uniquement présent le matin pour le petit déjeuner. Je me suis enfuie la seconde nuit car oui mon matelas avait était changé, mais le sommier, les draps étaient toujours aussi sales. J'ai appelé le responsable pour lui dire que changer le matelas ne suffisait pas. Il a haussé le ton. Je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité. Cet établissement n'est pas une maison d'hôtes. La piscine ne justifie pas le prix. 563 euros pour dormir sur un matelas souillé dans une chambre humide, c'est scandaleux. J'ai signalé l'établissement à l'office du tourisme et je pense porter plainte. Je ne lâcherais rien.

Fantastic location, convenient for Old Port & Panier district. Charming, rustic ambiance, spacious, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great local bars and restaurants. Staff were very welcoming...with possible exception of the owner!

Earning a fairly basic wage working in a school, and having two young children, staying at Un Mas en Ville was a real treat, and the setting did not disappoint! Good location and helpful, attentive female staff. However, a man that seemed to occasionally work in the vicinity was incredibly hostile and unwelcoming. He told my six year son old son off for getting in the pool at 9am, which was apparently too early, even though the website said the pool is open from 7am. The most uncomfortable and embarrassing moment of our stay was when my son got told off for splashing in the pool, however moments later a couple started to have very loud sex in the jacuzzi next to the pool, which said man that occasionally seemed to work there did not address. I would not recommend this hotel if you have children that make any noise or splash in water. Also, be prepared for vague/random interchangeable rules and hotel expectations. On a final note, lovely friendly customers that were much needed warm company, and credit to hard working female staff. Regards, Sara and family

Gorgeous place. Quaint traditional hotel in a great area, and extra bonus of the pool and jacuzzi. Only about 10 mins walk from the port but we preferred the restaurants and bars near the hotel anyway. The owners don’t speak much English but that didn’t matter, we felt welcome nonetheless. My family loved our stay. We stayed in a room with two bedrooms which was ideal!

If you are looking for a Sofitel type hotel, this isn't it. What this place is, is a charming spot with cosy rooms and a fun hot tub. We had a delightful stay here and would return in a heartbeat. Those looking for perfection go to the chain hotels. ALSO it is just a short walk to the coolest neighbourhood in M****ille.
