Excelente experiencia, una paz increible, muy buena atencion, instalaciones, piscina, spa (masajes), y el restaurant. Recomendado 100% Cerca de Managua, viaje relativamrente corto, hay que llegar a masatepe antes y desde alli la carretera esta nitida.

Lindo lugar, buena comida y buena atención. Una vista espectacular. Es un lugar lindo para pasar en familia, tiene lo privado que buscas para alejarte de la ciudad, conectar con tus seres queridos y crear lindas memorias. Definitivamente un lugar para volver.

Mes amis et moi sommes arrivés dans la ville de Masaya à la recherche d'un établissement ayant une vue sur le parc national du Volcan Masaya. Après avoir vu quelques photos de l'hôtel, nous avons décidé de quitter la ville de Masaya où nous devions résider et d'y aller sans réservation. Les taxis ne connaissaient pas l'endroit mais avec le GPS un d'eux a accepté de nous y transporter. TOUTEFOIS, ce n'était pas la bonne route, car il faut passer par Masateppe dans le coin de Nindri pour se rendre à la bonne route dans la jungle! Après quelques kilomètres dans des passages presque impraticables pour un petit taxi, le chauffeur nous avise qu'il lui est impossible de continuer et avec raisons. Nous avons fait les quelques kilomètres restant avec nos sac à dos de voyages sur un chemin accidenté! Nous sommes arrivés un peu fatigués sur de très belles grandes portes en acier activables à distance. Elles étaient fermées et nous pensions que nous étions en plein milieu de la forêt tropicale à devoir trouvé un plan B. Il y avait un numéro de téléphone sur le grand portique, le propriétaire a répondu de la Floride et fut extrêmement gentil de nous faire accueillir par ses EMPLOYÉS INCROYABLES. Francisco est aux petits soins pour que nous ne manquions de rien, surtout de Toña (bière locale). Rendu en haut, au site de l'hôtel la vue sur le parc national et le volcan était tout simplement époustouflante. Nous savions que nous allions réserver ici à cet instant. Malgré le fait que c'est éloigné dans la forêt, ça en vaut vraiment la peine! c'est à environs une trentaine de minutes de Masaya et Fransisco s'occupe du transport, est un très bon guide pour le volcan aussi! En plus d'être très sympathiques, les employés, cuisine très bien, c'était délicieux. Très propre, bonne odeur! Site exceptionnel! Spa, piscine et Wi-Fi très fonctionnels! Je recommande et j'y retournerai avec plus d'amis dans les prochaines années! Xavier

Hacienda!! This place is a dream! It is so peaceful and beautiful there. I loved every moment I spent in this paradise. The views are incredible. The staff, top notch. The owner, JC, was so nice and warm. He made sure that we were taken care of and never taken advantage of. He guided us step by step on how to get to the property. Once there, he made sure we were comfortable and happy. Francisco, who works there, was the nicest man! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place and the food was terrific! If you’re looking for peace and beauty emerged in local culture, this is the spot!

Charming place. Very comfortable. Super views especially at sunset. Fabulous staff and JC was great host. Slightly out of the way but worth the effort. Over all, it was a very relaxing place. See photos of views from room. Highly recommend.

I had the best time at Hacienda! All the staff were so lovely and helpful and went over and above to make sure I had everything I needed, and helped arrange all my transport. The views are absolutely beautiful and I will miss having my breakfast looking out over the lagoon. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

During our unforgettable stay at Hacienda Puerta del Cielo Eco Spa in Nicaragua, my daughter and I were treated to a truly magical experience. Perched on a secluded overlook of the Masaya Volcano and lagoon, the breathtaking views surrounding the Hacienda were awe-inspiring. We had the place almost to ourselves on a peaceful weekday, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the tranquility of this secluded paradise. The Hacienda itself is a haven of relaxation, with comfy hammocks, quiet nooks, and sunny poolside lounges beckoning us to unwind and soak in Nicaragua's natural beauty. The Hacienda's commitment to eco-friendliness was truly commendable. Locally sourced materials and vibrant murals depicting Nicaraguan life added to its unique charm. The owner's dedication to sustainability was evident in every aspect of the Hacienda. Their attentive service and the staff's efforts to make our stay perfect were the cherry on top of this eco-friendly paradise. The dining experience at Hacienda Puerta del Cielo was equally delightful. We savored delicious meals made from locally sourced, farm-to-table ingredients. From traditional Nicaraguan dishes like jalapeño chicken to international options like chicken tenders, there was something to please every palate. It was truly one of the best meals we had during our time in Nicaragua. Hacienda Puerta del Cielo Eco Spa is a hidden gem that exceeded all expectations. Its stunning location, luxurious accommodations, and warm hospitality make it the perfect retreat for travelers seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. We feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered this paradise and can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay. If you're looking fora romantic getaway I highly recommend the Honeymoon Suite. We did not stay here but had a chance to see it as it was when we where there. From the Jacuzzi tub to the romantic outdoor shower, every detail was thoughtfully designed. The private deck, complete with hammocks and deck chairs, offered the perfect spot to unwind and take in the stunning vistas and it gives you direct, private access to the pool.

Fantastic, one of a kind place. Cool place made out of local and natural materials. Excellent views, owner, and staff. Staff was very helpful in arranging tours and transformation. Food was excellent. Owner went out his way to find fresh fish to make a local dish that wasn't on the menu. Recommend visiting if you are in Nicaragua.

Where to begin?! My wife and I spent 6 days here for our honeymoon and we have no regrets about doing so. Setting: The Hacienda is perched on a secluded overlook of the Masaya Volcano and lagoon providing a beautiful view around the clock. The Hacienda is replete with comfy hammocks, quiet nooks, and sunny poolside lounges. Owner & Staff: JC (the owner) is an entertaining and gracious host. He was always checking in on us and helping to assure we were having a good time. We spent several nights trading stories and histories over glasses of rum. His staff were attentive and helpful as well. Special consideration goes to Chico for going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Amenities: The rooms were clean and we'll kept. We were very comfortable the entirety of our stay. The food was fresh and delicious (definitely get the pancakes for breakfast at least once!). Overall our stay was one my wife and I won't forget. We are already talking about a return trip in the future (which is really the best review of all).

A taxi drive of about 75-90 minutes brings you for around 50 USD from the international airport to this rather remote place. The last part of the travel is a rather bumpy 1,5 km road but you forget everything when you arrive at the terrace in the hacienda and see the view of the volcanoes. Amazing! The rooms are cozy with a comfortable hammock and outside rocking chairs. The owner JC is a great, flexible and problem-solving host with wonderful stories. He cares about his guests supported by his sweet staff. Meals are ok. We made nice trips to the volcano rim, hiked to the village and around the lake. Suggestions for improvement: 1) internet was sometimes weak and sometimes ok, 2) this was the only hotel in Nicaragua where we had to pay for water (and you cannot drink the tap water in Nicaragua), 3) no water cooker/fridge in the room, and 4) also compared to other hotels the tours/taxi drives offered are on the expensive side. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

Pure magic! The location, the room, the hospitality, and the food was dreamy. The PERFECT destination for a quiet getaway with a loved one or friends. I will always cherish how well JC, Pablo, Isabel and Francisco took care of us.

This is a simply breathtaking location with absolutely brilliant service. I was meeting up with a family member in Nicaragua for a holiday. We had separate rooms so I was able to check out the different accommodations. The first thing is that this is a very remote hotel! I thought it was an easy reach of the airport, but it's still quite a journey. The second is that it is absolutely beautiful, but it is genuinely remote, and there are not many ways out other than the wonderful (who takes care of most things) Francisco providing a driving/walking tour. (I would highly recommend it!) The rooms differ greatly - I had the basic room, which was fine, but not the most comfortable bed or shower, etc. However, my sister had one of the villas which had its own private area with a hammock / private shower, etc. So worth the upgrade. Overall it's a small boutique spot, despite what may appear to be a much bigger resort. However, it offers a wonderful experience, not so much for a solo traveler who may want to wander alone, but great for others who want to experience the beauty of Nicaragua .
