The location of the hotel was great, the check-in process was seamless, the included breakfast was helpful, and was a good amount of space for our family; however, there were small details and other items that left a bit to be desired. There were problem issues in the property that created knocking issues when other rooms were using water/shower. It was very loud and disrupted sleep. The phone did not work, TV remotes did not work, and I found a dead insect (roach) as well as water damage by the window. Based on the higher price compared to other options, I did expect a little more. It could have been just the room but didn't want to go through the hassle of changing rooms. With all that said, I would stay here again but I would likely let the front desk know I wanted to change rooms if I ran into the issues I mentioned above.

This was my second time at this property and overall experience was great again. Good food, decent environment and your typical noises of a hotel.

Having a great visit. Only thing is out smoke detector was dying and kept making a ceinkling noise and flashing the red lights

Comfortable bed! Quiet room. Needed a place to stay as I was driving through- convenient and close to interstate.

Room was nice but check in staff was horrible. We had been at Kings Island all day got to the hotel at 930pm & even though we booked through ******* & had our room paid for the front desk worker tried to charge us for our room again. I told him I already paid through ******* when he said “oh ok, well then I’ll just charge your card a refundable $10 incidentals charge.” Looked at my bank statement & sure enough he lied, I had two transactions for the hotel room. It also took him 40 mins to get us our room. When questioned he kept saying “its the computer system thats taking awhile.” We was also unable to connect to the wifi with our kids tablets & our cell phones b/c it asked for last name & room number & when provided it said we didn’t exist. So again, the guy checking us in either spelled our last name wrong or gave us the wrong wifi info.
