We came home today (17th Sept) after having an amazing 2 weeks here! This place really is a relaxation haven, and of course it’s adults only. Which now that ours are grown we prefer this. A on site restaurant, Jacuzzi, Massage if you wanted them for an added charge. Pool couldn’t be any closer to your room! Own sunbeds & patio area and loads more sunbeds directly round the pool. Unfortunately you get those that insist on putting towels down🤣🤣🤣 there was a nasty incident for me when I sat on a faulty chair on our patio it was an accident, the chair was worn away underneath these things happen! The Staff were very apologetic but that’s all it was an accident I was just bruised and didn’t need Hospital Treatment. Chairs were checked at other apartments too. Which was good. I would return to these apartments in a heartbeat and highly recommend. I’m not going to name individual members of staff to thank. I’d like to thank each and everyone they’re great and form a great Team. Judith Appleton xx

We have been here 3 times before and we love it!! We will be back again next year! All the staff are great, from the bar to the food, they are friendly and helpful. The animation team are next level, super energetic and enthusiastic, encouraging people to get involved in the activities and fun exercise sessions. It creates a fun and relaxed environment and guest enjoyment is evident. The night entertainment has been great particularly the lion king, which is an unbelievably high standard of professionalism from the choreography, stage props, ability in the team to dance and perform. Absolutely jaw dropping! The food is always to a good standard with plenty of choice. We came with three children 10, 7 and 6 they had the best time ever!

This is a very pretty, clean, well cared for hotel. The staff are always very helpful especially the pool bar/restaurant staff. Reception is closed at 4pm so cant comment on. Cleaning staff work hard all day long. Quiet hotel. Always sunbeds available. A bit too far out for us as a family. No bars or restaurants near by so just as well the food in the hotel was good. Had to use taxis to see a bit more and go down to the beach, 8Euros each way. The apartments are spotless but uncomfortable for a family. would suit just couples. Bed in bedroom ok but the 'sofa bed' just awful. Not fit for any kind of comfort even for children. who wants to sleep near enough on the floor for an entire holiday? Accommodation for 4 should not mean one sleeps on the very hard sofa and another sleeps on a bit that pulls out from underneath. The room is not big enough for this anyways. Air con only in bedroom (but is pretty good) so whoever is unlucky enough to get the living space will cook! And the lights shine right through the kitchen window so not the best to try and sleep, i had to cover it with a blanket. The kitchen is well equipped but don't expect to cook even the smallest of snacks without it being somewhat difficult due to space. Just a hob and microwave no cooker. Obviously nobody wants to cook full on meals when on holiday but if you have fussy kids who like what they like it can be tricky. We had a very nice week at this hotel because we made the best of it but due to comfort levels and location i'm glad it was just a week.

Lovely, relaxing spot! Yes, the bungalows could do with a bit of a refresh, but they were fantastically clean and housekeeping do a great job. The kitchenette was really well equipped too, good pans and utensils, fair sized fridge and a microwave as well as the hob. The grounds are lovely, lots of trees and shrubs, but from the pool you can see the mountains in the distance. This seems to be the quiet end of Maspalomas, and the atmosphere seemed to reflect that, with the emphasis on relaxation rather than loud activities and drink. But the sister site (Green Golf) across the road has some evening shows and activities if you want, so best of both worlds really. We used the shuttle bus to get to Maspalomas, the dunes, the beach, nice beachfront restaurants (El Senador was great, decent vegetarian selection too), and there were plenty of taxis for coming back, pretty cheap too. And the staff were great, really friendly, got things sorted when we had a couple of things that needed fixing. Poolside bar staff (Manuel and Isaac) were great, all the restaurant staff at Green Golf were really good too. All in all, a lovely relaxing week - thank you!

Bellissima location moderna e ricca di confort. Purtroppo in camera hai una bellissima macchina caffè nespresso ma con solo 4 capsule .. non ne hai altre a disposizione quindi sappile sfruttare al meglio durante il tuo soggiorno ! Colazione super ! Piscine da sogno! La zona vip molto silenziosa ma con le stesse caratteristiche della zona comune. La zona esterna è cosparsa di letti balinesi molto belli e comodi ma purtroppo sono a pagamento ! Complessivamente soggiorno da sogno assicurato !
