Anlage in die Jahre gekommen. Renovierungsbedürftig, aber trotzdem sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beide Barkeeper und Rezeption Top👍 Reinigungsdamen Top👍 Pool super beheizt 👍 Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig in der Nähe.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour une durée d'une semaine. Notre arrivée tardive ( 3 heures) et personne ne nous avons prévenu que la réception était fermée. Nous avons dû nous rendre à un autre complexe pour récupérer nos clefs. Le personnel très antipathique surtout à l'accueil et au restaurant de l'hôtel principal. Nous avons signalé un cheveu dans l'assiette auprès du personnel, aucune réaction de leur part, ni excuse. Aucun membre du personnel ( à part le serveur du bar) ne faisait d'effort pour la compréhension. Hormis le petit déjeuner, le repas du soir était très limité pour un buffet à volonté et continental. On nous annonce des soirées à thèmes ( mexicain, chinois, italien) au buffet et la quasi totalités des mets proposés n'étaient pas en lien avec la thématique annoncée. Le check out prévu à midi, on nous désactive les cartes à 10h00.

La limpieza pésima... Los socorristas fatal, estaban todo el día sentados a la sombra sin moverse....hubo un incidente en la piscina y ni apareció la socorrista. Los bungalows necesitan una reforma ....la seguridad del complejo pésima, ya que se le veía llegar al bar piscina y se estaba allí de cháchara a la sombra...y se marchaba al complejo de enfrente...estos bungalows van de mal en peor ya que a la dirección del complejo les da igual todo.

Es ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen. Kühlschrank ging mit Mühe zu. Schimmel an der Badezimmerdecke und es roch auch sehr danach. Fenster blieb deshalb immer offen. Nachdem das Zimmer gereinigt wurde (wirklich gut) waren für 3 Personen nur noch 2grosse und 2kleine Handtücher da. Die Bettdecke für die 3Person war auch nicht mehr da. Mussten wir dann Nachts in der Nachbaranlage neu besorgen, ging aber problemlos. Pool war sehr gut beheizt, wir konnten auch noch abends schwimmen gehen, wärmer als die Außentemperatur. Die Anlage ist ruhig und sehr schön. Nur die Bungalows nur ok . Betten sind bequem. Wir würden trotzdem wiederkommen, in der Hoffnung, dass das Badezimmer besser ist.

Reservé el alojamiento tres días antes de la fecha y para una noche y sin tener referencia alguna sobre el sitio. Fue un tiro a ciegas. No hubo problemas al respecto y el precio era el adecuado para su categoría. En cuanto a la experiencia, el alojamiento estaba muy bien en cuanto a ventilación sobre todo porque coincidió con la cuarta ola de calor. También estaba muy bien ubicado y estaba completo. En cuanto la comida (media pensión), aunque la oferta era algo limitada, era de calidad y el servicio fue en todo momento muy amable, atento y rápido. Lo mismo con el servicio del alojamiento. Sobre la piscina, hay que decir que está preparada para familias y para niños. Esta es grande y con poca profundidad, por lo que puedes darte un baño sin muchas molestias. Otra cosa es conseguir hamaca, pues desde primera hora se van colocando las toallas (práctica muy española). Dicho esto, la experiencia se puede calificar como muy positiva. Es posible que repitamos, esta vez sin ola de calor.

Apartamento con espacio y limpios. Amueblado y equipado. Con terraza para comer, cenar y tomar una cerveza. Un lugar traquilo, una buena piscina, cesped y con bar por si quieres tomarte algo. Nada de amigos indeseables, genial, la verdad. Tenía media pensión, había que ir a los apratamentos de en frente. Que se puede disfrutar de las instalaciones, si quieres. La cena y el desayuno con la suficiente variedad para comer bien. La cena con bebida a parte. Acogedor y limpio y ordenado. Todo muy bien y buena atención. Buen tiempo. Para repetir.

Me hospedé durante 6 días en los bungalows y la tranquilidad fue la nota imperante todo el tiempo. Me sentí genial, el apartamento está bien equipado, tenía aire acondicionado (lo cual se agradece bastante con el calor)y el personal muy amable y atento; excepto la gobernanta del complejo, una señora con muy mal humor, grosera y maleducada, tanto en el trato hacia los empleados como hacía mí misma. La veces que coincidí con ella siempre estaba hablando a gritos y discutiendo, un auténtico horror de empleada y de persona .

Went for a long weekend in the sun on 7th February 2025 - 10th February 2025. This is our happy place, very chilled vibe, large, warm pool and a great little pool bar for drinks and snacks. Very friendly and welcoming staff on reception. We try to book at least once a year during the UK winter time. Free shuttle bus and about half an hours walk to Melonares.

The stay at Sandy Golf was excellent. The accommodation shouldn't really be called 'bungalows'. They're more villa/chalet like. Immaculately clean and cleaned several times a week with towels and beds linen changed very regularly so great service. Nice little patios. The sister hotel, Green Golf, offers a great breakfast, buffet-style. We booked breakfast only but did eat dinner several times. Lovely varied food and themed menus. (Other nights we took a taxi to Masapolomas and ate away from te seafront which was very busy and expensive. Check out the 'side street'. More 'taverna-style', quieter and more reasonably priced. The taxis extremely efficient and reasonable too.) Staff very friendly and warm at the hotel. The poolside both at Sandy Golf and Green Golf first class, beautifully designed and pristine. We would certainly stay there again. So thank you to Co-op Travel, Jet2 and all the staff at these two hotels.

My partner and I stayed for a week with our 3-year-old son and the whole resort was a dream. SO QUIET, black-out curtains in the bedroom, beautiful garden, immaculate pool and the amazing extra to have a free bus take you to the beach (10 minutes away) several times a day. The private patio is wonderful for morning coffee and dinner; there is everything you need in the kitchen to prepare a meal. Reviews have pointed out the “dated décor” in the apartments and yes, it is simple and the beds not ideal (we had two single ones instead of a double and kept sliding about the floor in them) but we couldn’t have cared less and slept deeply and restfully. The employees are super friendly and we had staff cleaning our apartment every day (and lovingly arranging our son’s teddies on the bed). Plenty of beautiful cats about to feed and cuddle! Not busy at all when we stayed, hardly any families and predominantly pensioners from all over Europe which contributed to the chill vibe. A far cry from horrible tourist traps in Playa des Ingles or Puerto Rico. We will be back!

We went for a few days rest and relaxation and that's exactly what we got. Lovely and tranquil, well kept gardens, plenty of sunbeds available around an inviting pool. Bungalows are basically furnished but there is everything you need. Our accommodation didn't have air con but it wasn't needed. However, I would book a superior bungalow if staying during summer. The cleaners do an excellent job. All staff friendly and accommodating. Pool bar excellent value. Use of sister site Green Golf across the road for supermarket, restaurant and entertainment if required, otherwise a quiet area. Free shuttle bus to beach worked well. We visited a couple of restaurants in the empty shopping centre about 10 mins walk away. I would happily book here again for some winter sun and to escape the madding crowd!

Lovely bungalows set in beautiful gardens. Large outdoor patio with plenty room to relax. Great place for a relaxing holiday. Good sized pool with lots of sunbeds. Staff are very helpful and friendly. A bit from town and beach but free buses available to beach and nearby Playa del Ingles. Would definitely return.

Just back again from 4 weeks at Sandy Golf Bungalows. The rooms are good sized and outdoor patio area excellent. Everything you need for cooking in and easy within reach restaurants. We just Love it here...all the Staff are so helpful and friendly and work hard to make it a great place to come to. We wouldn't go anywhere else in this area. Can't wait to come back....see you soon.
