文化遺產大酒店(Grand Hotel Hermitage)

L’Hôtel est situé dans une zone haute, accessible par de petites routes, et dispose d'un parking pas très grand. Il est un peu daté mais correct. Quand nous y étions début septembre, les clients étaient quasi exclusivement du royaume uni. Ce qui explique peut être les choix des menus en restauration, mais cela ne nous a pas du tout plu. Un risotto aux boulettes de viande qui avaient l'odeur de pâté pour chat. Y diner une seule fois nous a d'un commun accord suffi. C'est le moins bon diner de tout notre séjour en Campanie. Un aspect positif c'est un ramassage par des mini bus qui desservent les différents hôtels de la zone pour des escapades telles que: journée de visite de la côté almafitaine en bateau, avec 3 heures libres à Amalfi et 2 heures à Positano (60 euros). Ou bateau vers Capri. On peut donc laisser la voiture à l'hôtel et éviter la circulation difficile et chargée sur la côte, et la rareté des parkings.

L'hôtel lui-même est un bon 4*. En revanche, sa dépendance, la Villa Romita est à éviter car vaut à peine un 3* Hôtel bien situé, dans un agréable jardin, idéal pour visiter Naples, Pompéi et la cote amalfitaine. Un chemin piétonnier privé vous emmène directement au village avec de nombreux restaurants. A noter, piscine à l'ombre l'après midi. Petit déjeuner correct. Accueil chaleureux et sympatique. Chambre dans l'hôtel confortable, spacieuse te bien insonorisée. Le directeur a accepté de nous transférer dans l"hotel après 2 nuits passées dans la dependance Villa Romita où la, chambre très bruyante, tv ne fonctionnant pas, pas de grand miroir, etc. Bref, la dépendance est à éviter. Sinon, je recommande chaudement cet hotel

Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale, gode spisemuligheder, gratis shuttlebus til og fra Sorento flere gange om dagen, 10 min. gang (vej uden biler) fra lille by med mulighed indkøb, kaffebarer og restauranter.

Estadia muito agradavel especialmente pelo atendimento de cada membro de 100 % da equipe. Realmente nos sentimos acolhidos e assistidos o tempo todo por todos. Menção honrosa à Valentina e especialmente à Glória que sempre foi muito solicita. Isso tudo compensa eventual falta de modernização das instalações.

Magnifique vue, personnel aux petits soins et très bon restaurant. Un séjour excellent.

While the Grand Hermitage may have lost some of its original splendor, it has not lost any of its hospitality, incredibly attentive staff and amazing views (be sure to book a balcony room). If you are looking for a flashy hotel with modern appointments, this is not the place for you. The hotel is about 15 minutes from downtown Sorrento, but has a shuttle that provides service during certain hours of the day. Some updates could be made (a little more comfortable beds for example), but the charm of the place more than makes up for a fancy door handle or light fixture.

Hotellet var över förväntningarna. Helt fantastisk personal som verkligen brydde sig och var mycket vänliga. Hotellet hade en typisk klassisk italiensk prägel. Rummen i rustik elegant material i mycket fint skick. Utsikten från vårt rum på fjärde våningen mot Neapelbukten och Vesuvius var magnifik. Vi har varit på Amalfikusten många gånger på olika hotell och lägenheter så vi har lite att jämföra med. Vi kommer definitivt åka tillbaka till detta hotell. För övrigt var byn Sant Agata trevlig med flera fina restauranger. Jag kan rekommendera Don Alfonso.

If you are looking for a hotel with amazing views and the nicest staff, then this is the place you want. From a price perspective this is also a good deal. Make sure to choose a room with ocean view as its absolutely stunning and sitting on you balcony enjoying the view is fantastic. Rooms are good in size and we didn’t lack space, even with an extra bed for our daughter in the room. The beds are a little on the hard side, but that seem to be the standard in many hotels throughout Italy and didn’t bother us (just something to be aware of in case you have a sensitive back) :) The rooms have tile floors which are nice as it makes it easy to clean, In general the room was nice and clean. Pool is good size and nice and with one end which is nice and deep. The tanning deck has the same amazing view out over Sorento and the bay as the rooms do. Parking to the hotel is along the private road up and it was not a problem getting space. Breakfast was slightly above standard with everything you need; eggs (hard boiled and scrambled), ham, salami, cheese, bread, yoghurt, water melon, juices, coffee, etc. Plentiful for sure. All the staff we met were extremely kind, sweet and helpful. It seems like a big family who have worked together for years. All in all, a great place to stay and we will certainly be coming back!

Deliziosa struttura immersa nel verde con comodo camminamento che in pochi minuti porta nel centro del paese qualità del sonno eccellente, colazione abbondante e varia, ottima cucina, personale qualificato e sempre pronto ad esaudire le esigenze del cliente. Da ritornare.
