As business travelers we were not prepared to arrive at this Hotel late at night, 8pm to be exact, after driving very long distances only to be told that our 8x executive rooms were no longer available after we had received confirmation on email 2 weeks in advance. To make matters worse, the Reservationist a Mr. Brian Masunda unapologetically told us off to go to a nearby hotel instead not taking into account that one of the business travelers was allergic to thatched roof. After some time explaining to the hotel staff how they heavily inconvenienced us by allocating our rooms to other guests without notifying us, still we did not receive an apology,. We reluctantly left the place and luckily found alternative accommodation. I would not recommend business travelers to this place.
