歐泊温泉假日公園(Opal Hot Springs & Holiday Park)

到着時間が遅く、9時以降は管理人がおらず、wifiの使い方わからず。翌日有料とのことを聞いたが、一晩携帯もwifiも使えず。

It was great; easy parking, nice staff, clean room. Very comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Decent shower, full oven/stove, lots of TV channels. Amazing onsite facilities; recycling, clothes washers and dryers, barbecue, playground, office shop. The Ramaroa pool was so nice I want to keep it secret, don't tell anyone ok?

The staff was super helpful and accommodating, I had some phone issues and needed to make some calls and they were very helpful, Caroline was an absolute sweetheart and Brian and his wife (I think) wasn’t properly introduced, not sure if they are the owners or employees but they could not have been nicer, I did a late check in and Brian never made me feel like I was “bothering”him, a true hospitality professional, I would definitely stay there again!

Logement agréable et bien équipé. Un chauffage supplémentaire aurait été appréciable. Pas de wifi gratuit. Mais dans l’ensemble très satisfaisant et bien équipé.

Booked the tourist cabin based on description/photo of room. A photo came up on the booking page that was a panoramic shot and this was a studio room, not a tourist flat, and confirmation reconfirmed the room photo. On arrival wifi was mentioned - after being told the price I said probably wouldn't bother - would just use my friend's data - admin said wifi is not that great here anyway! yet they charge you for a service that you are obviously not going to get much of, if any at all? When we opened the door to the 'tourist flat' it was awful. The smell was musty, room was old, bottom of couch was coming away, bedrooms didn't look inviting & definitely looked NOTHING like the photo. Found the bathroom - what an awful shower cubicle - old, dirty brown stain on the bottom, broken surround, totally uninviting! Now I know why they don't put any bathroom photo online. Back to the office to return key and say there was no way we were staying there. She said she would ask the manager (Brendan). He argued that the shower's brown marks was from the water that is used there - nothing I would want to shower under!! He was not impressed and said to admin, "give her a refund and get that woman out of here". Appalling attitude! In the morning I went back to the camping ground. Brendan said "we've decided we're not going to give you a refund". Long story short - we will never come back here and will tell everyone we know to not stay here.

I like the pools, but was about it.. staff not very friendly could be better.. need to pay for internet and signal isn’t good.

My kids loved it at opal and so did I so peaceful and was great for my Down syndrome son who also enjoyed it and felt very comfortable

Nice setting and clean pool with mineral pool attached Double bed was very used and sagged, I was poked by the springs and uncomfortable, single bunk beds were fine
