il est rare que je mette la note maximale mais quand c est mérité...junior suite très belle, au calme et très propre. endroit idéalement situé pour explorer la ville. Explications très détaillées envoyées à l avance pour garer le véhicule. Terrasse superbe pour le petit déjeuner (seul bémol : pas de plat chaud mais largement suffisant ) Et surtout un accueil personnalisé, charmant, professionnel et efficace vraiment très appréciable. Bravo et merci !

OMG what a gem of a find.....dont even look elsewhere! Simply the best view in town, the most comfortable bed I had in the Puglia area; clean rooms and very helpful friendly staff (Maria Antonella always ready to assist); so enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop and evening drinks/snacks. I stayed in the Ui Momm room. Was dropped off by my tour guide from Ostuni who carried my bags for about 10 minutes and on departure a driver from the area picked me up at the hotel. Stay 2 nights, lots to see - the most fascinating place ever! cannot recommend highly enough.

Petit hôtel atypique très joliment décoré. Les chambres semi-troglodytes, indépendantes de l’accueil, sont pleines de charme et très confortables. Et la vue est tout simplement incroyable. L’accueil est parfait et l’emplacement idéal.

My fiancé and i had an incredible experience at this property - we wished we had stayed longer than just one night! We were welcomed with welcome drinks up on the rooftop overlooking the beautiful Sassi di Matera. The staff was so friendly and helpful with recommendations as needed. The room we stayed in was a cave room - so cool and updated with AC and everything! Our room was near the reception which initially had us nervous but it was actually very quiet. We loved the walkability and the convenience! The parking situation - which could have been difficult with the rules of cars in Matera - was made very simple with scheduled departures and felt very safe. Overall, we had a great experience and only complaint is that we wish we stayed longer! Thank you to the kind staff here as well.

Lieu sublime avec une vue à couper le souffle. on peut y rester des heures à admirer ce paysage surréaliste qu'offre la ville de Matera. Dormir dans un sassi aussi luxueux est un rêve! parfaitement équipé, très propre, on voyage dans le temps pendant une petite nuit avec le confort moderne! Le personnel est agréable , serviable et pro. Le seul bémol est que ce point de vue est ouvert H24 au public. Zéro intimité donc quand vous êtes sur votre terrasse ou dans le sassi ! on passe, on vous regarde. Dommage...quand on connait le prix de la nuit! Sinon, c'était parfaitement situé proche de la rue animé de Matera. On recommande!

Suite in grotta. La camera ha lasciato mia moglie e mia figlia a bocca aperta. Il mix di moderno immerso nelle mura scavate è davvero spettacolare. Fantastico l'affaccio panoramico. Ottimi i letti, con lenzuola di cotone morbidissime, qualità superiore. Il bagno tech per evidenti motivi tecnici non garantisce completa privacy. Ma non c'erano alternative! Notevole anche l'attenzione in fase reservation, viste le numerose mail dettagliatissime ricevute. Bravi! In pratica una emozione che si somma all'emozione della vista dei sassi! Un paio di piccoli nei, però, ci sono stati. Il deumidificatore, fondamentale, quando riprende a funzionare al mattino è un po' troppo fastidioso. Su una struttura di questo livello cercherei di ridurne ulteriormente l'impatto. Anche se alla reception poi sono stati precisi e cordiali, oltre che disponibili per soddisfare le nostre richieste di informazioni, a mio parere si poteva gestire meglio il momento del pagamento. Trattandosi nello specifico di una sorpresa, non avrei voluto far sapere a mia moglie il prezzo pagato. Avrei preferito che la receptionist avesse affrontato il tema con più tatto e discrezione, magari chiedendo chi fosse tenuto al pagamento, magari mostrando quindi l'importo su carta. Anche se la sorpresa è stata in piccola parte rovinata, si è trattato comunque di una esperienza di alto livello, decisamente appagante.

Seul bémol: la terrasse des chambres est un espace public . N’importe qui peut passer devant votre chambre pour admirer la vue … donc zéro intimité ce qui est dommage vu le prix de la chambre! Le bar à la vue panoramique est fermé le mercredi, seul jour de notre séjour ! Dommage en pleine saison ….sinon c’était une belle expérience dans une ville incroyable

Cet hôtel est l'endroit idéal pour séjourner à Matera. On se levait le matin et à quelques pas de notre junior suite, on accédait à la terrasse du resto, avec la meilleure vue de Matera. L'hôtel ne comporte pas beaucoup de chambres, mais c'est tout à fait génial comme endroit. Plusieurs membres du personnel de la réception parlaient le français.

Erst nach der Buchung erhielten wir eine Nachricht dahingehend, dass man das Hotel nicht anfahren und dort auch nicht parken könne. Ferner mehrseitige Mails mit diversen Optionen zum Parken sonstwo entfernt im Ort, die alle nicht akzeptabel waren. Derlei Info hätten wir vor der Buchung erwartet, nicht erst im Nachgang. Auf der Website stand nur „ parking nearby“, von nearby kann aber keine Rede sein. Wir sind dann am Vortag der Buchung hingefahren um die Situation vor Ort zu klären. De facto musste man über diverse Treppen einige hundert Meter zum Hotel laufen, und ein Gepäckservice wurde abgelehnt. Erst auf unsere wiederholte Beschwerde hin bei Booking wurde die Buchung vom „Palazzo“ endlich kostenfrei storniert. Begleitet von unverschämten Mails des Hotels. In der wir der Lüge bezichtigt wurden und uns gedroht wurde. Eine Zumutung sondergleichen, die wir so noch nicht erlebt haben. Diesen Palazzo des Grauens kann man ernsthaft niemandem empfehlen. Booking sollte ihn am besten ganz aus dem Programm nehmen.

Posto spettacolare! Le suite nei sassi sono un'esperienza da fare! Meravigliose! Pulizia e cura di ogni dettaglio: il design interno da 5 stelle! Poi la vista magnifica sulla città dal loro bistrot: lo consiglio per un aperitivo al tramonto.

Camera stupenda incastonata nella roccia. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Comoda da raggiungere (non troppe scale). La terrazza panoramica del ristorante gode di una vista unica. Ottimo anche il servizio di navetta e parcheggio.

Cool staying inside a cave! But inside is very modern with everything one could need. Super quiet and comfortable and clean. Wonderful, friendly receptionists. Great view of the Sassi. Several delish restaurants steps away.

Such a fabulous experience staying in a cave hotel that had been so beautifully converted, everything was perfect!! The atmosphere and attention to detail are exceptional and we all loved staying here. Very comfortable beds and shower was so fantastic. Location is amazing and views are the best you can experience in the area. The breakfast was simple considering the standard of the hotel but with views and experience we were very happy. Don’t hesitate in booking here, you won’t regret it!
