I had my international wedding with my in-laws and friend coming from France and across Europe and India. The wedding went very well way beyond our expectations! A big contribution to it is thanks to the Mystic Palms. The arrangements made were very amazing, the food, the rooms, decoration all left a beautiful impression on us and our guests. The rooms are very well maintained and despite the heavy festive season, very calm and good sound isolation. Every staff was two steps ahead in every details we can think of, so big hats off to them! And a big thanks for this goes to the Manager Roshanji! The gentleman, from the forst step of choosing to the last step of the marriage, he is present as a family member, overlooking every aspect and details and the best thing, listening to the clients! Thanks a lot to all the amazing staff personals! His contacts for everything including the events were very professional and delivered on the D-day. I hope the hotel continues with their amazing hospitality and quality of services that we got for our wedding

overall experience was good 👍 but they need to supply RO water in the TAPs as the taste of water will salty.

Don’t even think to go with this hotel 1. Too much smelling rooms and bathroom 2. Water issues in the hotel even after taking bath u will feel smell in ur body. 3. Requested staff to change the room and they listened only after shouting 4. Struggled to get during water also 5. No aminites working like shower tap in bathroom, TV was not functioning, Electric switched to charge ur phone, Swmming pool not functioning, drinking water issues, too much mosquitoes in hotel and room, parking issues. 6. My son got skin infection because of water problems in room. 7. Too much mosquitoes in restaurant as well. BE CAREFULLLL….

We booked hotel for 7 person.. room size and room service was good.. cleanliness is also good but mosquito problem was huge.. location of hotel is on highway but it surrounded by slum area.. food quality is very good..

I had a great stay at The Mystic Palms. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making my stay very comfortable. The washroom was equally clean and stocked with essentials. The food was excellent, with both breakfast and dinner offering a good variety of delicious options. The bar area had a nice ambiance, perfect for unwinding in the evening. Overall, the hotel provided a great experience with top-notch cleanliness, good food, and a relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

It is a good hotel. Food was very good and location is good on the highway with good parking. You should book taxi or auto to take u to mathura and gokul site seeing

Excellent stay but i have a request to hotel management when you have local events in your hotel pls give priority parking to hotel customers

Was a very nice stay. We came to the hotel with a big group, managers hosted us really fast, all were so organized. We got a very good service, very polite stuff. Had very tasty food there, especially dinner. Also very nice comfortable rooms. Thank you
