Rooms are bad. Too small. Bathroom small. Bedsheets and bedding old and seems not thoroughly washed / cleaned. Torn comforter. Rooms have some odd odor. Commode seat broken. Not enough place to sit on the commode. Shower had to be fixed. Music too loud due to party event which lasts until midnight. Construction noise in afternoon. Waiting area had strong chemical smell resembling kerosene. Owner's focused on making money through events and parties, but does not seem to care about hotel rooms conditions and amenities. Would not recommend.

Hotel is new. But toilets are choked and water does not drain out properly. You have to keep asking the team to provide services.

The hotel lobby is nice and big. Lifts are are old tatty. Rooms as well old with dirty marks in corners. Bedsheet not clean. Bathroom mat not there. Service pk. Asked for the tv channels to be set but no-one came as the first guy who came did other stuff that he could like replacing the kettle(not working initially, provided with hangers, and mugs. But for tv no one came. Breakfast nothing to write home about ok. Service good. Waiter named geeta tried to please resturant not good. Try to avoided if you can for the money they charge thinks could be better

Local hotel. Hotel on dasani road. Amenities in bath very poor quality and no hair oil and dental kit and shaving kit and no talcum powder. No fruit basket. No hot water in room tap in early morning hours. No one pickup phone at reception as all employee sleep

The hotel was not very good as per the price. The room was not suitable for taking photos.

The property is good, but the services are horrible, it`s not about 1 staff, the entire staff (excluding security) require training, they are very bad, i have never had such bad experience.

I went to Mathura with my family. I stayed in Wingston Hotel Mathura. Hotel is very beautiful and room are also very comfortable. Staff in the restaurant and room service is polite and well behaved. We had food in the restaurant food was very tasty and service was very prompt. Overall our stay in Wingston Hotel was memorable.

I stayed with my colleague in Wingston A treehouse hotel Mathura. Location was perfect very near to NH2. Room was clean and looking shoo cozy, especially newly renovated rooms are amazing. Overall room, location, restaurant and bar is excellent. I enjoyed my journey with friends. Wingston has made my journey so memorable. Thanks to management and team Wingston.
