松江市Shimaneken Bussan Kankokan附近酒店

We stayed at the New Urban Hotel for 2 weeks in October while my husband was in Matsue for business. It is a lovely hotel in an excellent location in the city. I can’t say enough positive comments about the staff, and especially would like to mention Keiko Ueda. She goes above and beyond in making guests feel welcome and she is so helpful. Her English is very good and she repeatedly asked for feedback, did we need anything, was there anything in particular we wanted or wanted to do. All of the other staff are just as helpful, albeit many don’t speak English…however with the help of Google Translate, we had no difficulty. In staying there for 2 weeks, we were a familiar face and we’re always greeted warmly whenever we were in the lobby area. The location is excellent, about a 10 minute walk to Matsue Castle, about 15 minute walk to the Kyomise shopping district, and about 25 minute walk to the JR Matsue Transit Station, which has a wonderful Visitors Center with English speaking staff.. The hotel is directly across from Lake Shinji, and our room faced the lake providing lovely views. There is a walking path along the lake that is very nice and it is a short walk to Sunset Park to view the famous sunsets. Since my husband was working during the days, I was on my own to explore. I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe walking around this beautiful city. The city’s population is about 200K, and Matsue is known for still being “authentic Japan.” There is an on-site onsen at the hotel, which is very nice. There are separate baths for males and females and the hours are quite convenient. The lobby of the hotel has a section of travel amenities that are free to quests. Additionally, the hotel stocks a number of other items for borrowing that you might need, such as iron and ironing board. There is a laundry facility and a convenience store attached to the hotel. My only negative comment would be that the on-site buffet at the restaurant is the same for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But there are many wonderful restaurants in Matsue if you need more variety. If your travels find you going to Matsue, consider staying at the New Urban Hotel, you won’t be disappointed with the everything the hotel offers as well as the location.

位置離 jr 站大概走路 10 分鐘，房間很大，25 平左右，酒店進入就要拖鞋，這個對我這個潔癖來説簡直不能忍。晚上還有免費拉麪夜宵，吃完夜宵，去 11樓看個漫畫，吃個免費冷飲，然後泡個温泉，不要太舒服。房間唯一不好的點就是沒發現有窗簾，想睡懶覺都不行，天一亮房間也亮了，不知道是不是我沒找到窗簾開關。

我們最近日本之行做出的最好的決定之一就是住在大橋幹。我們住的是俯大橋河的標間。房間很大,很安靜。團牀放在泡沫牀墊上,非常舒適。wifi非常好。工作人員,特別是James,非常友好,非常樂於助人。大橋乾的地理位置優越。到鬆城和包括拉夫卡迪奧·赫恩住宅和博物館在內的城堡地區步行大約十分鐘,到市中心和火車站的另一側步行較長。第一天晚上我們在酒店的餐廳用餐,日式菜餚很棒,即使不入住酒店,也要到餐廳去享受壽水台的美食。我們選擇了西式早餐,也很棒,酒店最近在2樓開了一家酒吧和燒烤店,柳樹店,有一家長長的酒吧,可以俯河邊,詹姆斯是酒吧招待/主人。他提供特色雞尾酒和極好的日本威士忌。我們入住酒店時,時間是週二到週六下午5:30到10點。除了當地景點 如果您有時間的話 您也可以坐一日遊的火車到位於有花園的 靖市 的 田 藝術館 當你走出 靖 火車站有免費的班車 送您去博物館強烈推薦您到鬆澤旅遊,入住大橋幹,會幫助您獲得非常特別的體驗。

島根県民会館でのコンサートの際、利用しました。大橋川と堀川の間、松江の古くから商店街 京店、そこから続く、歓楽街の一つ東本町にある、街の中心部に立地しており、観光利用に至便。リニューアルされているようで、室内も綺麗で、レベルの高いサービスが提供されていると感じました。松江城周辺、大橋川や宍道湖岸の散策、そして、コンサート会場も全て徒歩圏内、食事処も多く、フロントでお勧めのお店を紹介してくれるので、土地勘がなくても困りません。新設された大浴場は温泉（松江しんじ湖温泉）、ちょっと嬉しいサービス、さっぱりした癖のない泉質でした。もちろん、無料の朝食が自慢のホテルチェーンですが、かなり充実していると感じました。個人的には、大好きなドトールコーヒーがいつでも飲めるのが、とても嬉しいサービスでした。 アクセスは、松江駅から徒歩１２分、大橋川に掛かる新大橋や伊勢宮エリアなどを見ながら、心地よい距離感でしたが、荒天時は便数の多い大橋北詰（ここから徒歩１００ｍ）までバス利用が便利。朝は駅までの無料送迎も利用可能です。駐車場は川と堀に囲まれたエリアの立地のため、ホテル内は台数は限られており、外部駐車場は少し歩きますが無料でした。

我們也用這家餐廳來慶祝我女兒的生日，也在餐廳吃飯。這是我第一次來這棟大樓翻新，景色非常好，宍道湖就在飯店前面。早上，從房間的窗戶就能看到十幾艘小船在捕捉宍道湖的特產淡水蛤。 「Avantia」餐廳提供日式、西式、中式等多種美食，早餐、午餐和晚餐提供自助餐，約有 50 種菜餚。我女兒最喜歡的肉類菜餚包括烤牛肉、金雞腰肉、醋雞和炸雞，還有美味的甜點。

I stayed at this Dormy hotel in April 2019, and chose it again for a two-night stay because it'd worked out well, and again, I wasn't disappointed. I think I may have even been in the same room! The quarters were plain and compact, and with no view to speak of, but well-designed and equipped, especially for working on the laptop - great desk space, easily accessible power sockets and good wi-fi. I loved having the amplifier, something most hotels don't include. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a mini tv (and welcoming duck), with a larger one in the bedroom. The complimentary inclusions were appreciated - for example, ramen in the evenings, bath salts (bonus), and peach jelly in the fridge. The reasonably-priced breakfast was good, and featured perfect tempura! The hotel is near the JR station and a 10 minute walk to Lake Shinji, 15-20 to the castle. Staff were efficient with tasks such as forwarding luggage. Overall, excellent value!

枕頭和蒲團都很輕。整體滿意。 不過，如果他們在辦理入住時告知我可以選擇一個枕頭並且我必須帶著睡衣去我的房間，那就太好了。 房間裡如果有空氣清淨機和衣服除臭噴霧就好了。 另外，由於我的行李放在行李架中，因此很難將其搬上樓梯。 當我離開的時候，我發現一個牌子說有電梯，但很難說，所以我希望樓梯上能用大字寫出來。

飯店在松江車站附近5分鐘路程，靠近超市AEON，飯店設施和房間很老舊，房間瀰漫一股微妙的味道，隔音也很差，浴室超級小在浴缸內洗澡轉身困難，不建議長住，服務人員很親切，外語也大致可以通。

日冕禍的招標(GoTo宣傳活動)是否奏效,還是因爲松江站前這個方便的地理位置,在９月的４連休期間使用,幾乎滿房了。下午６點半左右到達,首先酒店停車場滿了,找附近的私人停車場。雖然步行幾分鐘就找到了停車場,但後來辦理入住的排隊還是很驚喜的。３０ 多排了人,對應人員２人。除了正常的辦理入住業務,還做過體溫檢查,需要時間(工作人員的迴應很客氣)。其中有從外出回來的客人只是收到鑰匙,但是耐心地排在入住的隊伍裏々,對這樣的客人的應對機智也不能使之變得明顯庫時的工作人員不足,是人力管理的問題,對於我來說,辦理入住手續花了大概３０分鐘,回頭看好像還有一排拉長了只是,反覆說,前台工作人員很禮貌,也很有好感。另外,２等待食物的費用在６千日元以下,還是挺划算的。晚餐只提供套餐(定食or咖喱)以防日冕。小盆子數量多但不要求品質奢華。飲料是自助式,只有軟飲料。如果您想要酒精,您只能在自動售貨機購買或在外面吃。早餐是半自助的。這是一種將預先放在盤子裏的和式西餐放在托盤上的形式。
