美夢套房酒店(Suite Dreams Hotel)

A drunk guy tried to get in our car in the hotel parking lot. We called front desk no one answered😕

Das Hotel hatte auch schon bessere Zeiten. Wir hatten ein Zimmer innen. Der Bereich ist bei schönem Wetter sehr warm, der Pool nicht nutzbar, kaum Leute im Hotel. Zimmer OK, gutes WLAN, Betten und Toilette sauber.......eine Kakerlake schreckte uns ab, aber es schien die Einzige zu sein, ....zum Glück. Der Teppich ist auch nicht wirklich schön anzuschauen. Eine Erneuerung wäre angebracht . Die Leute nett. Für eine kurze Übernachtung zu empfehlen.

This may not be a top notch place but it served my purpose of a bed to sleep. The bed was comfy and there were signs of improvements to the facility. Little options for breakfast but plenty of options in the surrounding area as well as lots of shopping in the area.

I can’t say enough about the owners and the staff. They have been so accommodating to my situation when they didn’t have to be. They really have made my trip so much easier on me and I can’t begin to thank all of them enough!! Wonderful people always willing to help out if possible!

The property was dated and needed a deep cleaning of the room we stayed in. You could tell it was not cleaned well from last guest. Hair in bathroom and used bandage behind bathroom door. Carpet needed cleaned. Room rate was not worth what they were calling a "premium room".

Was staying in Mattoon for an interview and my time was changed. I had no plans and it was 10am the owner and his wife were wonderful and allowed me to check in early without issue. That’s happened twice and both times they were wonderful the staff there are all great!

This is my 3rd time staying here in the last month. The staff has always been VERY friendly. My room is always clean. I’ll continue to stay here every time I come to Mattoon

This is an older hotel so it shows some wear, However some remodeling has been done. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Couldn't get the shower to work and had to use the plastic around the water cups to holding the tub
