Amazing day, very like it

The hotel was wonderful, the staff at the front desk could’ve been a little more friendly. They did their job, but just a little more on the customer service side and being more greeting and welcoming would’ve been nice… Otherwise the place was great! 

The room was very clean. The staff were all very nice. The breakfast was also amazing with the hot waffle maker. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Customer service good, but the rooms was not clean, they can do better.

Our first room was a handicapped room, and we aren't handicapped. There were many differences than a non-handicapped room had and made it very inconvenient. That room ended up having a leak of some kind around the window, so we were moved to a new room. The temperature control device in that room was not working properly making the temperature uncomfortable. Thankfully were provided a fan which made the room bearable for the two nights we were in it. Not a good experience at all.

The property is clean and well-maintained. It is convenient to the airport and the shuttle service, including drivers, is excellent. I had to wait over half an hour to check in, and even though my check-in was prepaid, it was speedy once I got a chance. The clerk needed to be better trained, couldn't find the man ahead of me reservation and couldn't seem to check him in. Very poorly trained. There wasn't any staff on the desk when I checked out. I finally just left my keys and left.

The hotel looks worse now than it did 10 years ago, nothing has been done to improve it other than some partly, new furniture in the reception area. Housecleaning was terrible ! Even after complaint, they were not able to manage as you should expect. The hotel appears as a ghost hotel and sadly, we have to find a new home away from home for our next trip to Kansas city

The whole floor smelled horribly like cigarette smoke. After talking with the front desk, they stated there was no smoking allowed in the whole hotel. The sinks and tub faucets leaked. Room was not clean. Mystery spots on walls and shower curtain and bedding. Not to mention that the phone was broken so you can’t call front desk. Breakfast was blah. The plastic forks were so flimsy you couldn’t poke any food with it. Will not be staying in this hotel again

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and fit me and the kids great. Very clean throughout the entire hotel. We liked that it was close to the city without being "in" the city. My only complaint was that the bathroom was extremely small for the size of the room. You had to shimmy in to shut the door.

The front desk staff were not only difficult but had no clue what they were doing. I super appreciate the childish behavior and for charging me twice for the room. I’ve had better service at lesser hotels.

First 6th floor room room had an odor that was awful and unacceptable. Mgr Switched us to another room which had no odor. But… had an AC unit that sounded like an intermittent wind storm in the bedroom every 5-6 seconds. Then in morning, all of the in the wall mounted shampoo and body wash bottles were all empty. Used soap to clean hair because i didn't want to stop the shower and call down for third time. America, we need better.

Very disappointed in my stay here. Wyndham has a reputation of being one of the more upscale hotels to stay at and boy was I terribly disappointed. Soon as I walked in I noticed the lounge/reception area smelled of mildew, like the carpet was old and hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. I stayed for a night after my flight was canceled and the young lady at reception was nice enough to find me a room early as I was exhausted. The first room I was given on the 3rd floor was, DISGUSTING. The toilet was dirty, there were stains on the bedding, hair in the restroom, and the pillows were stained and also did not have pillow cases. I came down to let the manager know and he moved me to a room on the 4th floor. This was “slightly” better but the room still has a stinch and the dust was pretty bad, I could tell the AC filter had not been changed in quite some time. I went back down and asked the manager for a new filter and he said he would change it and, that never happened. He actually seemed bothered I asked. The housekeeper on my floor for my 2nd room was very pleasant, she came and dusted and that slightly helped. The television was extremely outdated and did not have streaming options which is odd in 2023. Overall, I’m very disappointed in my stay and didn’t have many options since this was at the last min.

Our towels in our room were used. There was a towel folded to be used with hair all over it and there was a towel on the door hanging. Also the thermostat was broken. The hotel management did nothing to accommodate us. Very disappointed and didn’t even get an apology.
