Room was basic, but very clean & reasonably comfortable. On-site parking was tight - not so easy to get into and out of. Our room has an adjoining room door and noise isolation (with doors closed) was poor.

Comfortable overnight stay at reasonable price. Rooms could have a little cutlery and crockery for those wishing to have breakfast in their room.

好吧，業主/接待員的極端粗魯是非常過分的。他如何試圖讓我付兩次錢，因為他無法「找到」我的預訂，也沒有當我要求他查看確認電子郵件時他真的對我尖叫。或者是同事也需要房間，客棧幾乎空無一人，但老闆說沒有房間。然後我繼續離開，說我會向wotif投訴，然後突然他「找到」了我的預訂並為我的同事提供了一個額外的房間。

An old style motel. Our room, an Executive Queen Room, had be been renovated, as I believe the rest of the rooms also. Tiled floor throughout and comfortable but small. Only a small high window that looked onto a fence so it was quite dark. Very clean and the bed was very good. The outside area was a bit tired.

Our room key was given to other guests who opened our room door and were very embarrassed to find they did not have correct room. We were charged for three rooms but were refunded once we questioned the error which was appreciated.

The only issue was the curtains could not be closed properly ( not wide enough) Room and bathroom were clean and bed comfy.

Easy to check in. The room is larger than I expected and the air conditioning on a 40° day worked perfectly. The hotel offers easy access to the companies I visit as part of my work. Will become my motel of choice in Newcastle
