Everything was on plan, Emma acted very professional in selecting and organizing our rooms for a our stay at the Hotel. Early morning we had a mouth watering breakfast at the Spot Cafe with breathtaking views to the city. I really must say it was so delicious. Their accommodation is so unmatched well with fully furnished rooms, very spacious with WI-FI. Security wasn't nothing to worry about our Valuables. I would surely Highly recommend The spot Hotel for a stay in Mbale City."

"Able to stay here again while visiting churches and schools in the area. Such an oasis, wonderful to stay in the hotel. The facilities are excellent. Air conditioning, TV. wifi works well. The staff kind and very helpful. The breakfast a delight, a splendid spread, fruit, juice, coffee, pastries and all the elements of an English breakfast. I just love a stay there and plan my itinerary to allow me to do so. Sauna gym and swimming pool ,and all in beautiful gardens with interesting bird life. Highly recommended.
