Per essere in Uganda è sufficiente, in Europa sarebbe da incubo. Personale cordiale, ma bagno da rivedere, wifi mal funzionante per chi ci deve lavorare, ristorante interno...... da cucine da incubo di canavacciuolo (tutto fritto!, pesce, pollo....). Vestiti da buttare dopo la cena . Colazione minimale ma mi rendo conto che vicino a Ruanda questo sia normale. Boh....

we stayed at this place during our journey from Kampala to Ishasa Wilderness Camp. the hotel has a perfect location at a small lake in Mbarara with pool and gym and spa. we enjoyed a very good dinner but you better make the order ahead....

The facility is depleted and over priced.. no value for money... BUT because Mbarara city gets rather over booked during weekends, Lake View is often the available option!! The rooms design and furniture is old, stuffy! Breakfast was at average standard, but with very limited choices.

Rooms are so ugly and old. Gives you the feeling you are at an old folks house, smelly and ugly. Light is white like in a hospital. Staff is so board, not helpful and want your money. Breakfast is soooo bad. Discusting. I came here for 2 days of business and to my bad luck paid in advance. The hotel looks good from the outside but don't let it fool you - we are talking about something that was probably built during colonization time and was never renewed ever since. Room is so depressing you won't want to come back to it. Oh - and no wifi.
