Water pipe burst, water everywhere. Woke up at 430 am. Breakfast- none - had to ask for coffee cups and then there was very little coffee. Door would not lock. Kids running up and down the hall

Front desk nice. Bathroom fan is knocking against wall preparing for lift off. Light switch hasn't been cleaned in at least a year, rust type stuff on bottom of tub, smoke smell im hallway , and then smoke smell coming through walls in middle of night , turned heater on when we got cold and it seemed like it hast been ran all year as exhaust smelled terrible, woke in morning ready to take a nice shower- ice bath only no hot water. Entire building no hot water. Could have been a better stay but thankful I didn't have to sleep outside.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times a year since 2018, and this was the first time I found my room a bit disappointing. I was missing a bar of soap, which Brandon quickly remedied. Later I grabbed a hand towel off the rack and a big wad of hair dropped out. Also, the bottom of the tub is gross, permanently stained with rust.

It need some upgrades, especially the elevator and the shower. Also the photo you see on the advertised is not for the $99.00.

You get what you pay for! There was a used Q-tip on the carpet by the head of the bed. The next morning there was no hot water. I told front desk staff and they said they were "working on it". Apparently the whole place was out of hot water. I canceled my reservation for the return trip.

The front desk clerk greeted us pleasantly and had us all set in very quick order. I’ve stayed at this property before, which he acknowledged and asked if we needed anything else. Nice quiet night, and easy checkout in the morning

Everything about our stay was very good. Enjoyed the comfort, quiet, location, decent breakfast.
