Position of property was great. Accommodation was made for our late arrival, which we appreciated.The room however needed serious attention to it's underpinning. Everything was on a slope...including the beds. They all dipped in the middle. Electric blankets on beds but not all worked
and not one bedside lamp worked.

Only one chair provided for a double room (another provided upon request), then the original chair broke upon being sat on - dangerous
No bathmat, hand towel or face-washer
No grab rails in bathroom

Fast wifi was advertised and not available. Very weak signal. Satellite tv was advertised and the tv in my room did not even have the basic channels. Blocked toilet. Sheets were clean, bathroom old but clean. The owner kept calling me DEAR.

Room door did not close properly. Bathroom door did not close. Blood found on pilllow.

The bathroom was old and falling apart. The curtains were broken and unable to close. This was inconvenient because the outside lights shone right in. No cutlery was provided in the rooms. The pillows were thin and lumpy.

was a pleasant stay .the rubbish bin could’ve been emptied before we got there, and could’ve been a curtain in the toilet window and the fluorescent lights were flickering
