There was a misunderstanding with staff,however we were able to discuss this on the following day and then it was taken care of right away.

Everything was great except that the air conditioner wouldn't stay at the temperature that I would set it, it kept going to a higher temp for energy saving until I figured out how to set permanently. The couch could stand to be a little more comfortable. Breakfast was kind of dry and lacking. Overall it was a nice place.

Not one of those worn out, over used, abused, dirty-grout places. Lovely, lovely. Breakfast had a little extra. Quiet, comfortable. Not one single complaint at all!

This is a really nice property, comfy beds, yummy breakfast, and helpful staff. Our TV wasn't responding to the remote and after trying a different remote, the front desk staff came to room to troubleshoot and fixed the problem. Also, whatever air freshener they use throughout the common areas is really nice!

Definitely need secure grab bars by commode and in shower. Every other day maid service is not adequate-and did not happen. Impossible to open shower door without flooding floor. Coffee was good.

The staff at check in was very helpful specially the man who worked I think afternoon to evening he was very helpful. It was a perfect location and I have nothing negative to say.

The place lived up to expectations. Conveniently located around tons of shops so grabbing food or some light groceries for the room was really easy.

I like just everything with the exception of poor lighting in the room.

Very clean, front desk staff was friendly, efficient and warm and welcoming. Room and bathroom was very clean. Spacious closet, comfy beds
