We came for the Christmas Festival. We left very early and had to stop and check in because they indicated they would give our room away if we didn’t. We checked in a little after 9: AM but no access at all.when we returned at 9:30 PM it was like we hadn’t checked in at all. We were two weary travelers with a small child in tow, but I was required to walk all the way back to my car alone to put a yellow tag on my dash to keep my car from being towed. I was furious.

Shower curtain torn, water pressure low, hot water not hot, breakfast was good and staff were nice.

This is a follow up to my previous comment, after I submitted a inquiry on their official website, no one has ever contacted me until now, this makes me feel irrespective and they have an unprofessional team that they can just ignore customers inquiries even I have stayed in their place for more than 10 days. Maybe you could tell their attitude, no matter the very place I have stayed or the headquarter, same unprofessional.

Came in late at night, checked in no problem. Bed was really nice, and bathroom and shower was nice as well. Will stay there again

I was charged an extra fee after I checked out. I called the front desk, and the front desk explained to me that the clean person smelt smoking. But I explained to the front desk that it might just be my perfume, and my perfume has some smoking smell because I only use electric cigarettes so there is no chance that my room could be detected a smoking issue. I believe the front desk misunderstood what I said because he said electric is also not allowed. But the reason why I mention this is only to let him know that I didn't smoke regular cigarettes. And in the end, he said no matter if it was a perfume, as long as they smelt the smoke flavor, the fee would be charged. I feel it is unfair, that my explanation wasn't accepted. I stayed at this hotel last week for 10 days and came back on Oct 26th, and no issue like this was found during my last week's stay, I also used my perfume, and no one told me my perfume would be an issue. But this time for my 1 day stay, I was charged 250 extra.

It was close to all the places we wanted to visit. The building is older so it had a few issues. Nothing that made it uncomfortable to stay

Hotel is ok - not someplace I’d like to stay for a week. Beds are nice, but bathroom was a little outdated and door was too hard to close.

For the money, this BY FAR was the best hotel I have stayed in for a LONG TIME! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were large, modern and clean, the location is quiet and the pool and hot tub were an added bonus! Cant say enough great things about this place!!!

The photos online make it look NEW! Once you show up in person you see its lipstick on a pig. Bad outdoor paint with a cracked up parking lot. When you walk in thr lobby you think "oh its not that bad" after check-in and paying a $200 cleaning deposit (for what i don't know as its filthy) Nut then you get just past chrck in to then it hits you! The smell! This stink like mildew and old food, When you get in your room its damp wet and smells worse! Like the inside of thr house of a heavy smoker, and smelly shoes, You soon find thr dirty shoe funk is coming from the AC unit from 1980 it stinks like mildew and stink so bad its unbelievable, the rest of the room is cigarette smell and everything sticky witg human hair all over the bed and bathroom floor sink and shower. When you call down to the front desk to complain and ask to be moved rooms your told this is the nicest room and you already have there best. So you try to stay, i went and purchased air freshener and oder elimator, doesn't help. Now its time to plug your phone in but of course there's no USB ports next to the bed, none at the desk, but if you look down there 1 outlet with 6 things plugged into it. Its like the 1990s inside this motel room. I couldn't believe there is no place to charge electronics.
