This is hands down the best place to stay in McKinney. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is courteous and helpful, and, having stayed here many times, the service is consistently excellent.

Loved this historic old hotel with the beautiful penny tile in the bathrooms and beautiful furniture and decor. The shopping around the downtown area is fabulous and lots of places to dine.

The Grand Hotel was our home away from home for our trip to McKinney to visit with a good friend. We had excellent service, amazing food, and the bar entertainment was on Friday and Saturday night was awesome. Thank you Grand Hotel for a memorable weekend!

Lovely room, terribly noisy. Staff was moving heavy banquet equipment right by our room in middle of the night and woke us up. TV playing all night in someone else’s room. No sleep. If you stay don’t stay on second floor, too loud.

We came for the holidays!!! It was absolutely perfect!! The beds were very comfortable! The bathroom had to have been my favorite! I would like to stay here every time we come to visit! Great location! Great customer service!!

The front room is next to the street with all the lights so the room had shutters that would not close so we had to put a blanket on the shutters. The bed was ok kinda soft. the room was very clean and the front desk staff was great.

Fabulous stay over Christmas. Bar was a little noisy below our room but was shut down by 11 pm. Very beautiful hotel.

Great historic property just steps from the Square with many shopping and dining options. We stayed in a Junior suite which was gorgeous with high tin ceilings, the bathroom was huge and the king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Everyone on staff went above and beyond to ensure our wedding night was nothing less than perfect! The room was gorgeous and the area around the hotel was fun as well!
