Trash was around front of property and inside hotel room the shower curtain had mold on it and there was no fan in the bathroom. The tv remote should have a plastic cover over it that can be cleaned between guests. The beds were not as comfortable as they were in a Hampton Inn in west texas where I recently stayed. The charger plugs in the nightstand did not hold the plug-they fell out.

The room was spacious. At first the bed was comfortable. Did not bring up the mattress topper from the car. Big mistake. Had to get it for the second night. The hotel does not provide mattress toppers. If you need a softer bed. Make sure that you bring one.

Loved everything! First thing I loved about the room was the smell. A delicious fruity scent of some kind that just really made me feel at home. I should have asked what it was, because I want MY home to smell like that! Lots of toiletries provided in the bathroom. Internet worked well. Everything was immaculately clean. Staff was super polite and helpful. Breakfast was great, lots of options, and blueberry waffles! The only thing slightly wrong was that the toilet didn't flush correctly and you had to hold down the handle to get it to flush. We will definitely stay here again if we ever need a room in this area.

Proximity to Baylor hospital was the main advantage. Pool was disgusting, AC in lobby/hallways was inadequate, room was ok but nothing special.

The hotel was older and dated. First problem was the toilet. The flush did not work and I had to remove the tank cover and fix it. Second, the pull for the shower on the bath tub did not work properly and only half the water came out on the shower head. Third, the sheets were scratchy and rough. Upon checking out, the desk person was blowing and cleaning his nose, so I didn’t want to wait for a receipt. In conclusion my room rate was higher then I originally booked, due to change in reservation. I understand that. Also I was charged a pet fee without even being notified there was one. I was very disappointed in the hotel and will not be staying there again.

No housekeeping available, but you can get clean towels if you ask. Staff was helpful and pleasant. No laundry detergent available for purchase from hotel to use in guest laundry facilities. Broken shelf in bathroom, tub had small spots of mold, fridge shelves missing, and room poorly lit. Had to ask for cups.

The location of the hotel is convenient for us. The hotel is very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the staffs are friendly.

For a routine looking hotel, it turned out to be a hidden treasure. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is nicely outfitted with more hooks and shelves than usual, and the complementary breakfast is better than most. For a reasonably priced property, it’s worth a stay!
