The bathroom and bed were dirty and front desk lets anyone in so be careful. This is probably not the hotel for you.

I called the hotel to let them know I would be arriving around 10 or 11 pm and asked if that was ok. I was told either someone would be on site, or that I could dial 500 from the phone in the "lobby" and someone would answer. This did not happen. Nobody answered. I was unable to even get my room that I booked and had to find another place to stay for the night.

Cecilia the manager was very accommodating and tried her best to help but as for the hotel the room was not cleaned sheets had crumbs on them there was a bug seen in the bathroom which was also not cleaned My family and I were not happy with our room and will not be staying there again We give Cecilia two thumbs up but the hotel two thumbs down

Terrible. The property stink as soon as you walk in, same as the rooms. Elevator smelled like **** and when it open there was a staff lady in it smelling same as soon as she walked out, smell vanish a little. Beds were very uncomfortable and it was very loud all night long. I had stay at a Woodspring before and was alot better than this location

The interment was really slow kept losing connection. The assistant manager Cecelia was wonderful kept a eye on my girls.. I would say when guess use a third party and want to extend they should be able to With the third party rate and not have to pack up checkout at 11 then wait until 3 to check back in and then bring all there belongings back in to get the same room. That was very inconvenient

It a no frills kind of place, which I like. I don't need towel service every day and just a place to sleep and shower. In that respect it was good. Evidently the floors are very thin because I could hear every step the person staying above me made. The finish on the outside of the refrigerator was coming off and they really should replace it. The one other thing that was inconvenient was the toilet....I have no idea why anyone puts in round instead of elongated toilets anymore!

The bathtub had a shower head but no way to switch it. The toilet wouldn't stop running and the beds weren't that comfortable.

This property is not so great. I saw people hanging around and drinking in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe here with my family. Ask for refund and my request was denied. I will not recommend this property to anyone.

Room did not have shower curtain or toilet paper. Overnight worker was pouring in responding
